The floor turned out great, we had one chemical reaction to water coming into the basement and they scheduled at time to come out and fix this week. The sales person and installation team where very professional and neat!

GREAT! Don came out and gave me an estimate on the spot. It was right in line with other estimates I had gotten, but I felt Don did the best job of explaining the project. When I got the written estimate online it was lower than Don's handwritten one, Diana, the very nice woman in the office told me he had not done the math correctly and she found the error and it came out lower for me. What a gift! They also gave me a generous Angie's List discount. The workers were on time, worked quickly, cleaned up nicely and I absolutely love how the garage floor looks. Every time I open the garage door I love not seeing the ugly, dirty, cracked concrete. Wish I had done it years ago. I highly recommend Broadleaf.

The job was completed just as described by Don, the salesman. On a Thursday the two-man crew arrived at the time stated, and went right to work, making suggestions for an improved finished product as they went along. On this first day, they ground the top layer of the cement floor (minimal dust), filled any cracks and pits, smoothed out the epoxy, and distributed the vinyl chips. On Friday, a second crew arrived in the early afternoon to clean up any loose material, correct any flaws, and spread the clear-coat sealant. After another 24 hours I could walk on the floor -- it is beautiful! I could not smell any odors in the house, they used their own generator for power on the first day, and there was no debris left behind. Diana in the office made the administrative part of the transaction pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience working with this local company!

An absolute delightful process from start to finish! Don Iselin was prompt, professional and an expert on the entire process. He was extremely helpful in selecting floor type and color and took a lot of time explaining what the process would be and how long it would take. His guidance on what makes for a good installation was invaluable, and after talking with Don and reading the other Angies List reviews, Broadleaf was the way to go. The two-man crew arrived on time Monday morning and got to work prepping the floor. They too were very informative and reviewed the process with me before they started. Floor preparation is the critical step and they showed their expertise and attention to detail. On a personal side you couldn't ask for two nicer people. It took about 5 hours for the them to prep and repair the floor and lay the first coats of epoxy and the standard flake color I chose. They cleaned everything up, set the garage door and left for the day. They returned the next afternoon to finish the job. Once again they cleaned everything and left me with the final directions as to when I could start parking cars (2 days). I could not ask for a better process or outcome. The floor is absolutely magnificent and exceeded my expectations. You can't believe what this flooring does for the look and feel of your garage until you see it with your very own eyes! Why didn't I do this sooner. My strongest recommendation for Broadleaf Inc to anyone thinking of epoxy flooring in their homes.

Broadleaf was great. They had a great price compared to competition and the final product is awesome. They are very responsive and easy to work with.... I would definitely recommend them

It was $5,000 for both the flooring and the garage. They did the flooring first and I was happy with what they did there so they are coming back to do the garage. They are pricier than I thought but I'll get the benefit of the doubt.

Don came out and gave us an estimate. He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He gave us an estimate before he left after he did some measurements. We decided on just the one color (no flecks) option which was $3.75/sq. ft. Once we decided to go with Broadleaf, they were able to schedule us in the next week! A team of three came out on Thursday and Friday to prep the floor and coat the floor. After two days, the floor needed an additional 24 hours before we could walk on it. It looks great - easy to clean and we can walk on it with our socks on. I moved my office down in the basement and it is a great playroom for our 2 year old! We had a great experience with Broadleaf and would highly recommend them again.

They did a a excellent job!! they job showed up on time and got the job done when they said they would one day they were late but called to confirmed that was ok and worked late to finished floor looks great.

Their sales rep, Don, was a pleasure to work with. My wife wanted more details on the color options, and Don came back to my house to meet with her a second time to discuss. They moved other jobs around to get mine in before it got too cold. The work was done by a very professional, polite and hard working crew. There were a couple of very small imperfections in the floor (so I did rate them a B on quality). The owner of the company spoke to me directly and sent a rep out to do the repairs without any hassle.

The installers were professional and timely. They did all work during two-day period, as promised, and left everything very clean after themselves. The salesman Don was very professional and friendly too. Their office followed up to make sure I am satisfied with the work.

The job went exactly as I had hoped it would. The sales rep Don Iselin was very informative and approachable, was able to contact him very easy via cellphone. Workers were very punctual both days and answered all my questions. They let me know when they arrived on the job and also when they were leaving for the day. Very clean job, minute amount of dust as the machines had vaccuums attached to them.

Text book service from the quote to the finish! They showed up on time both days. I also called them a week later to check a couple of areas and they fixed promptly. Excellent Company. Glad I choose them. Very Happy.

The job went very well from the first phone call to the project completion. They sent Don out to do the survey and provide a quote the day after I called. He was very professional and walked me through process steps and options. They were able to get the job scheduled within 2 weeks of his visit. The floor had several large cracks running across it and Don estimated about 50 square feet of concrete that had chips and divots. Additionally, there were a lot of oil and rust stains as you would expect for a 30-year old floor. All of these repairs were included in the job. The technicians arrive on time and completely shotblasted the floor and used a diamond grinder on the edges. The filled in all the cracks and divots and got the first coat down on the first day. They returned the second day to put the top coat. Two days later it was done and we could put the cars back in the garage. The floor looks fantastic - like a showroom. We opted for the light granite finish which is bright and really gives a really clean look. We opted to have them include coating of the footers on both sides of the garage as well as the concrete step into the house. We're really happy now and am sure we'll be thrilled in the winter when it will be easy to squeegee out the snow melt from the cars. If you're looking to get your garage floor done check these folks out first.

Went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied. Showed up on day and time stated, job done on schedule and we were updated on progress along the way. Installers were friendly and professional.

They came in, blasted away the pits, divots, repaired the cracks, and when they were done it looked fabulous. Washes up well, and gives a clean finish to the attached garage, keeping my house cleaner too. Great team to work with. Courteous, prompt, affordable.

Our floor was badly pitted and had a couple of large cracks and some large oil/grease spots from our cars. There was a low spot that used to collect water from melted snow in winter as well. We couldn't believe the transformation. They ground the entire floor down. It looked white when they were finished. Then they laid down a clear epoxy basecoat. This was followed by colored flakes we selected. They did all of this in one day. The next day they came back and scraped the surface to remove any sharp edges from the flakes. Then they laid another coat of clear epoxy. When they were finished the floor was even, no cracks were visible and it looks just beautiful. We would not hesitate to have a party in the garage -- it's that nice. Our advice to anyone considering this process is don't wait -- do it now and enjoy your clean garage. No more tracking salt, etc. into the house.

He did an excellent job. His crew is outstanding. I did get him from Angie's List and I was really pleased. He got the job for me. His crew was very good and very neat. I am pleased and they are professional. He stood by his word. He is small business man and his business is growing because of the way he handles his customers. i was very pleased with the experience. He is a little expensive but he is worth it. I would recommend him to anyone.
