Description of Work: Broadleaf put epoxy coating/flake on our garage floor. They came in substantially lower than 2 of my 3 other quotes and delivered a beautiful floor. They also listened and did some extra touches like leveling off a dip in the floor and coating the outside apron with a solid color, which some of the competition would not do or charged more for. They were punctual, professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend Broadleaf for flooring needs!

Description of Work: Beautiful expoxy floor coating. Before application, the entire concrete floor was steel bead blasted to assure a good bonding surface. Ten year warranty but I expect it will still look new much longer. Yes, this costs more than a $400 DIY kit, but he prep work is key to long term durability.

Description of Work: Garage floor was cracked and pitted. Broadleaf first ground the floor down then patched the cracks and pits. They then painted with an epoxy covering and put sand on the epoxy. The third day they swept the sand and put a clear coat sealer on. The floor looks great.

They did not even charge me the final payment until after the finish was dry and we had a chance to walk on it and use it -- just to make sure we were satisfied, which we were. We would definitely use them again. There was very little inconvenience to us other than moving our cars to outside the house for a few nights. Great experience!
Description of Work: This company is great....wonderful to deal with compared to any other contractors we've used at our home. We contacted the company prior to moving into our new home and set up an appointment for a quote one of the first dates we would be there. They accommodated that request and then came out a couple of weeks later to start the job. They cleaned and finished our 3.5 car garage floor with a paint/flake type of finish and a topcoat that had some type of non-slip finish to it.

I received Broadleaf's number on a Tuesday and Chris, the owner, was out on Wednesday to review my project, talk to me about his coatings, the process he uses, how it will increase the value of my space and also provide me with exactly the type of waterproof, easy to clean coverage I was looking for. I didn't want my garage to look like a garage, but wanted it to look like a pretty workspace. He gave me an estimate of $1800 for my 2 car garage space (within 24 hours) and it sounded right on with other types of similar jobs I researched online. His relationship and recommendation from another company meant a lot to me because I truly trust them - they have done great projects for me before. Broadleaf did not disappoint either. I couldn't have been more pleased with the speed of which they had the project complete (in just 7 days from the day we met to see the space). The only thing that "disrupted" my life was that I had to move my car out of the garage for 3 days, but of course, that had to be done regardless. Chris and staff helped me move out all of my other belongings that were in the garage, they cleaned and thoroughly degreased the surface and applied the finish coating. It looks beautiful! It doesn't look like a garage floor but rather part of my home which was exactly what I was going for. They were so gracious (really... terribly nice people), were clean, professional, courteous (which is important to me as a single gal), and punctual. They were actually never late once which was impressive. They helped me put my garage back together again at the end of the job. I highly recommend Broadleaf and think you will find them a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: I learned about Broadleaf from another company that I found through Angie's List. I was planning on enhancing my garage to use as a workspace and a clean, light filled storage space. I wanted to have a coating put on my garage floor to make it easier to clean and less prone to build up and stains in this workspace. I was also thinking of putting in some custom garage cabinets. I used another company to redo all of the closets in my home so they were the first folks I called to work on the custom cabinets in the garage. I was telling them about the flooring idea I had and they hooked me up with Chris from Broadleaf. Ultimately, I used both companies. Broadleaf degreased, cleaned and put a beautiful waterproof coating on my garage floor, while the other company installed custom cabinetry that met my storage needs.
