Description of Work: Came out Dave an estimate. Then when setting an appointment we were advised they would require indemnification for any damage and they would not do grout repair that was discussed. After an exchange of phone calls they gave a ridiculous price for the grout repair. On the date the work was scheduled, they were a no show. When called, said they were on the way. Never showed and phone was answering service message only. I would never recommend anyone use this outfit. It's a disgrace to have something like this on Angie's list with their rating. Hence, I'm done with Abgie too.

Description of Work: We had water deposit/calcium buildup on our granite counter tops around our kitchen faucet. Their technician remove the buildup and then resealed all of our kitchen granite surfaces, including the back splash using a commercial grade sealer. | |The technician was prompt and punctual for both the quote and again on the day of service (he arrived early). The counter tops looked brand new again when he was finished.

 + -1 moreThey were great to deal with. Their price was a bit cheaper than the 3 other places that I got quotes from. And after I had finished doing online research and knew what I wanted, I stopped in the office to talk to them, they sent someone out later the same day to measure, the installation was done one week later, they arrived on time, and they were finished in about three hours. Everyone was very nice and professional, and everything looks wonderful. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: They installed new quartz countertops and a sink in my kitchen.

 + -1 morePerfect--chose my granite, edge, gave them my sink so could do the right cut-out, installation was perfect.
Description of Work: Great service. Price of Black Pearl was $31 less per square foot than Home Depot had it for, and also significantly less than Harvest Custom Countertop and another place on Randall Road. Came back to double-check their measurements, granite is gorgeous, barely any seam visible, installers were on time, professional and friendly. This was a great experience and I will buy from them again when I work on the upstairs bathroom. I was able to go to the warehouse and see the granite--giant selection.
