This company is a bit expensive, but are absolutely professional and perform quality work. The trees looked great after being pruned - definitely cleaned up but without looking chopped up or overcut. The estimate was spot on and Mike came back to assess the work and the lawn later as a follow up. The gentleman that does the weed control on our lawn is polite and sweet with our dog - he takes the time to really talk to us about what he is going to do and how to protect our dog from any of the chemicals. He's really nice. I am happy with this company's work.

They were very prompt and professional. We had a misunderstanding about the definition of the trim. They came out again to do the job after our discussion and charged a fee to cover expenses. Maybe we were asking for something that is not common and thus the trim was not done as we would have liked the first time.

Very well. Once we received village permit to remove dead trees, Davey was able to come the next day to complete the job. Very professional, quick and efficient.

We called to schedule an appointment for a bid. A prompt response gave us a reasonable bid for the work, which was scheduled within a week. The day of the appointment, we received a call as the crew was on the way, and they were right on time. The crew was very professional and knowledgeable, and our tree looks great!

They were too expensive, but their estimator was very nice and very professional. They said they might have to contact the electric company and take down wires, shut off electricity and so forth. I would not call them again because of their pricing.

It went well. The aborist actually came out befor the scheduled removal on a Friday night after hours because there was a storm that made the branch in question even more dangerous. I have used Care of Trees for the six years I have owned my home for the very large elm tree that I have in my backyard. They have always been extremely helpful and have always been willing to discuss the tree and to stop by to see the tree.

She was very thorough. I didn't need to be here while they worked since it was all outside. I would use them again.

For the work they did, they did a great job. They have to come back out in a few months to trim some more. They are very knowledgable.

They come to work when they say they will, do their job and clean up afterwords. I have no complaints. I would use them again.

They are very good. They use a compost tea, which is an organic fertilizer, which I like. They leave a note at the door when they've been there, to say what they did. We have quiet a lot of trees and they do a good job. The cost listed is for a year of service, for 3 applications this year.

We've never ever had any problems and have been very, satisfied with them. Their prices seem a little higher, but their quality of work makes up for it.

They are very knowledgeable and personable. They come and give you an estimate that a well trained person is able to give. If you have a problem with a specific tree, they?ll come and test it, giving you an analysis. They are very clean & I have nothing bad to say about them.

I have been using The Care of Trees for many years, and have always been happy with their service. Each year we do a walk-thru of the property and decide which trees need fertilizing, trimming, or removal. The quote is given to me very quickly, and there has never been a dispute on the charges.

It was fabulous. They did exactly what they said they would do. The Arborist that came was very careful about walking through my property. She was also good about asking me questions and explaining what was going to happen so there were no surprises at all. The job was done in two parts. The Arborist first came out and looked at everything and then the workers came out and worked hard, cleaning up well and were just great.

I think they are experts at what they do. They have good customer service, are available and we?re very happy with them.

They were absolutely fantastic. Their staff is knowledgeable, the tree trimmers, trimmed appropriately. They took care to clean up well after themselves and removed all of the branches and swept up. My trees are prized possessions to me and I know that Care of Trees will take good care of them.
