Description of Work: After a big microburst storm that did considerable damage to trees in the area, I needed a quote to remove a large limb on my roof. The representative was very friendly and the local arborist for my area was very responsive in returning my call during a very busy time. However, I cannot recommend this company as the quote was obviously taking advantage of the storm damage. To remove the limb they quoted $1280 and required prepayment and to sign a waiver that they are not responsible for any damage to the property. Excuse me??!! Also, I asked what the price would be if I waited after they cleared their storm backlog and got a number a quarter the price of the storm quote. For the record I got a quote to remove the limb for $150, and is fully insured for any damage to my home. So, definitely won't be referring this company nor engaging their services.

Description of Work: Trim out an over grown locust tree in back yard. Job took 3 men about 3 hours. Work was done on Saturday so I could be here to answer questions and guide the workers on our wishes. Went very well, very professional service. Only issue we had was that we paid a deposit in July for 1/2 cost, and had to wait until end of October to complete work. Seems odd to have to tie up our cash that long.
