Description of Work: Pointe solicited us as they went door to door in our neighborhood. They provided adequate service, and were responsive when we had pest problem arise. There was not always communication with their representatives when they came out to provide the quarterly service, though. Even if I had let them know in advance I needed to speak to them after service, they would just leave the information on the door and not address any of the issues we were having inside the house. Overall, they were okay, but we canceled contract after the initial year obligation.

Description of Work: They come out on a quarterly basis but if I have a problem they will come inside the home at any time. They don't charge for the additional service.
