Pointe Pest Control

I was ripped off by these people totally. I am 70 but should have known better. You have to keep your eye out for this type of service provider. Being bombarded with paper is a sure sign. Live and learn.

My Technician asks if I have any new areas of concern. He is thorough and always patient and pleasant. He treats 3 levels in my home. He reminds me that I can call for a follow up visit if any issues arise. I’ve had the same Tech for 2 years and that’s a convenience I appreciate! I’m very satisfied with Pointe Pest and with Cliff, my Tech.

Very knowledgeable technician did a thorough job.

We had an ant infestation at our front door and back door inside and out. Jesse was on time and very knowledgeable and educated me on pests and what to do to mitigate problems in the future. He came out to our home beginning of summer and sprayed infected areas and also sprayed potential problem areas for various others pests including spiders. All the ants are gone and I haven't seen any since. I have yet to see any spiders inside my house. But have seen a few in my detached garage which I know they sprayed but, it is detached and unfinished inside, so maybe that has something to do with it? The second time they came I was at work and my husband asked them about rats. They said they do not deal with this pests but offered to point out the areas rats were most likely to enter if they were to enter our home as well as offering to fill one area in specific with copper mesh and educated him on ways to mitigate. Seriously, great customer service and got the job done.

Jesse was great! I'm thrilled I got this done and hope not to see these bugs again! I know its pricy but seeing all the equipment used, and all the time involved, gave me peace of mind! Its very worth the price, and super nice & patient person I dealt with, Jordan.

Shortly after the time window Eco Pest had given me, David, the technician, texted me to let me know when he would arrive. He was here exactly on time. After letting me show him the problem areas, he carefully explained what he was about to do. He patiently answered my questions and was knowledgable and courteous. He completed indoor and outdoor treatments in about an hour. A day later I have only seen 1 ant. I was very satisfied. I signed up for an annual pest control program.

Good but still have service agreement for 1 year that I felt I had to agree to. I didn't feel it was an option but I would have done it even if it was. Feel that customer should be given an option.

Lyle did a great job on our mosquitoes, and Ryan crushed the entire house of bugs, mice, and bald faced Hornets (gasp). Fantastic work

Bees eradicated - required several follow-up trips but they stayed on it until they were gone - at no additional cost for follow-up treatments. Now using them for quarterly perimeter spraying

Pointe Pest is very reliable and I like how they communicate when they are coming and who will be doing the spraying. I have used them a long time and the one time I had an additional issue they came right out to take care of it.

It went very well. Initially, it took several applications to get ahead of the problem, but the matter is well under control.
