Pointe Pest Control

So far the ant have stopped crawling on the counters. He had to come three times before they stopped.

All went well, much like other visits. They treated the perimeter of the house, as well as other areas like patio and the various entry points. They also performed the standard dewebbing all around the house. Always get a call informing me of when they will be out to perform the service which is good to know.

They were very professional and friendly. They took the time to show me where our ant problems were before treatment.

We hired this company several years ago because of problems with mice, ants, spiders, and several other bugs. We have not had any problems with bugs or mice since we hired Point Pest Control company. We had mice because of a crack in our basement wall. Point Pest control came out and put in bait traps in the basement and we have not seen a mouse since. I would recommond this company to any one with mouse and bug problems in there home.

The service man was very polite and efficient. We do not have problems with spiders, ants, or any other insects since we have started to use Pointe Pest control. We are very happy with the results.

Effortless. They have a consistent and professional protocol prior to visit, complete without any disruptions and if a pest problem does occur (which it has for me previously) post treatment they will immediately come out and address. Great company.

Used to have Orkin. Prices kept going up and Pointe Pest control was in our area. Have had them coming for at least 2-3 years. They only treat the exterior which I like. Have not had ants, earwigs, spiders in house at all. Totally satisfied.

We had a pest issue arise between our normal service dates and Pointe Pest Control was on site within a day to remedy the issue. As the weather gets colder, if you have any pest issues, we'd recommend Pointe Pest Control. Since we started having regular service we rarely if ever see any type of bugs or pests in the house (year round) and if you do have any issues arise, they are usually on site the next day and will work to accommodate your schedule. Their service people are also professional and knowledgeable!

I was paying them about $90 every quarter. Their service was fine. We didn't have any rodent problems while we used them.

They are a pest control company. I don't have a lot of interaction with them. They come and do their job and are always willing to come back if the problem persists.

Their work exceeded our expectations. They seek out problems we weren't aware of, such as mice in our attic, and treat them effectively. We have had virtually no problems with insects or mice since using their service. Occasionally we start to notice some bugs several months after a treatment, and they come back out at no charge. Over the past 3 years we have been serviced by several different employees, and they are all extrememly friendly, professional, knowledgable, and thorough. We don't even need to lead them around the house anymore, whoever comes out knows what to do and where to do it.

Responsive. I had an annual contract. Very responsive to calls between services. Came out extra times as needed. Very professional.

They are extremely responsive and eager for business. They want to make sure that you are happy with their service.

They are fine. My wife has used them and dealt with them more than me. They are environmentally sound.

The Pointe representative was punctual, pleasant and efficient.

Mr. Steve has been very professional in his manner and always available to answer any questions asked.

They come out quarterly. If there is a problem they come out at no extra charge. They're a good company and I'm happy with the service they provide. They're reliable and they come when I ask them to.

I have a quarterly contract with them. They were very professional and good to work with. I did not like the fact that I could only use them once. They wanted to tie me down to an annual service contract. They're suppose to call before they come for an appointment and they don't always do that. I will continue to use their services in the future if they offer a more flexible plan.

Stave is always right on time for our appt and is very friendly and efficient.

I've used Pointe for at least 2 years now with no problem, so I'm a little mystified at some of the negative reviews and scared that my luck might change. Yes, I'll admit it was initially confusing to be on a quarterly contract but that was mostly because my husband signed the contract and forgot to tell me about the auto billing. ;-) Their treatments have been very effective against a persistent ant problem we tried unsuccessfully to self-treat for years. They're very accommodating with our schedules, and the few occasions when an extra spot treatment is needed.

Pointe Pest Control is always extremely professional, courteous, and always asks if you if there are any questions or concerns.

You can call at any time and they come out, it's part of the service at no additional charge.

I moved in October from my house and they performed service in December. I forgot to call and cancel because I did not have a contract and it was low on my list of priorities. They call the day before to confirm service. Even though my number would have been disconnected and that should have been an indication to not perform the service, they still did and want to be paid. They are sending me past due notices and refuse to write off the charge. If they had any business sense, they would acknowledge their mistake, change their process and write-off the charge. Their professionalism is in question in this space. I would not use them. The service and customer experience was never really very good anyway over the years.....as an update they did make this right by providing a credit back.

At the beginning of December 2011, I came home to a bill for $105 worth of service on my door, but did not receive any call or voice mail notifying me that service would occur.When I called the office and explained this confusion, I received a stand-offish reply from the manager that they did call me, it was my fault I didn't receive it, and it was their policy to go ahead with service. I explained this was not what I agreed to, but was met with a dismissive and quot;that's what I signed-up forand quot;. Since I'm not to use to this type of customer service, I said this would be my last service call with their company and that I wanted to cancel any future ones. I was then told in a defensive manner that there would be a $150 early cancellation fee. This was like adding insult to injury, since the reason I felt compelled to cancel was because of their inconsiderate service style and poor customer service response. As I explained how poor this way of providing customer service was, the manager proceeded to get more and more hostile with me until he actually hung the phone up on me! Utterly amazed at this response, I called back to explain my extreme dissatisfaction and unhappiness with being treating so shabbily and wanted to talk to the company owner. The defensive manager told me he would not provide me that information and that he would cancel my service without a fee and quot;just to get rid of meand quot;. Dumbfounded, I told him to send me a letter stating as much in writing. I've never, ever dealt with a more unprofessional company without any regard for what customer service actually means. They appear to treat customers with utter contempt. I would advise anyone who cares about good, honest service would do wise to steer clear of Pointe Pest Control. I'm sure there are plenty of other exterminators that will be happy to give me better service for my money. UPDATE : I was recently contacted by the Pointe Pest Control main office and apologized to for the shabby treatment I received and refunded all of my money as an act of good will. I appreciate this gesture from the main office and hope that incidents like this will help inform their progress in improving their employee training with respect to customer service.
