Very smooth visits seek and address any issues inside and outside the house. Very responsive when we notice problems.

We had three visits from Eddie DeLa Rosa to help find the mice and get rid of them. Eddie is THE MAN. He's so friendly and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about pest issues and knew exactly what to look for. In the three visits, he's been able to keep the mice out of our kitchen and is now helping us get rid of them completely. I would recommend Pointe and Eddie to ANYONE who is having problems with bugs, mice, and more. I could not be happier with our service with Pointe.

One person came to complete the work and it was maybe about 25 minutes. What they did really well is that I don't have too many spiders in my house. My first impression of them was that they were very nice and very professional.

Pretty good. Took several visits, and found one potential entry area that the techs missed.

They did a good job. They come out periodically. They did get get the wasp nest down at the very top of the house, at the peek. They used long poles to scrape off few residual marks off the siding. They got most of it off, but the little bit still up there is not going to come off cause they tried a scrapping it twice. I would say I was very pleased with them. I would us them again.

Albert was the technician from Pointe Pest Control. He was knowledgable and really took the time to determine the most appropriate preventative action and in addition did the normal spray. Albert provided a great customer experience.

Salesman knocked on door and stated he was providing quotes. He claimed he was working with neighbors. He did a quick walk around Outside and used scare tactics for me to sign up on the spot. He pointed out problems but would not provide a quote in writing. He wrote $120 quarterly on a leaflet but would not describe the work in writing unless I agreed to purchase it first. Needless to say I declined. Beware: Salesman acts very sincere and insists he is not trying to pressure customers A performance deserving of an academy award.

They were exactly on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Not the quality of service salesman had described

I have been using them for two to three years. They do have locations in other states. They come out four times a year. They'll spray anything that you want them to. If you tell the guy that you have a different bug, eating up my flowers, they will take care of me. He doesn't charge more. He has a truck and he comes with all of the stuff. I have no bad feedback. I don't have to live with a family of ants. He gets everything for me.

They were very professional. They didn't just come and spray on the outside, they would knock on my door and say hey, we are going to spray and just wanted to make you know we are going to be outside so you weren't alarmed. When they came in the house, they wore booties. They were very respectful of your interior and they made sure that they sprayed stuff that wasn't going to harm my cat or any children or pets in the house.

They billed us for work that was never performed. This is in keeping with some of the other reviews--and similar stories from friends and neighbors. I'm disappointed that Pointe is on Angie's List, frankly.

If I have any problem bottom line I just call them and they will come.

Our first experience with Pointe pest control went very well. We were approached by Taylor very early in the evening and well informed of the services they could provide. Daniel, the technician came later that night to treat the house. He was extremely friendly and more than thorough despite the late night conditions. Excellent customer service, we were kept informed of when to expect our technician. Very impressed, thank you Dan and Taylor.

He sat is his for a half hour sprayed in front of house and left bill for 95. for 3 minutes of work He was very arrogant.

It went well . They consistently keep their standards up. I have been a loyal customer for 7 years.

As always this provider is reliable and conscientious. Inspected house perimeter and dusted. Performed dewebbing. Been on scheduled maintenance for about 8 years and am completely happy with services provided. Office always calls prior to treatments to inquire whether we have seen anything indoors which may require internal treatments. All technicians have been very reliable and courteous. They have been very punctual to deal with wasp nests in between scheduled treatments during summer months. High recommend this service.

This was the 3rd visit for the Yearly Pest Control performed quarterly. We orignally called them out when we ripped down our deck and found ants. We were concerned that they may be carpenter ants. Fernando is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He informed us that they were not carpenter ants. He then did a complete inspection of both interior and exterior and we signed up for yearly general pest control. This last visit we mentioned that we saw a mouse in the garage and he added traps in the garage. We would definitely recommend Pointe Pest Control.

Regular check performed - have used the service for 4+ years - have had no pest problems. They are prompt and reliable, and do a thorough check both outside and in,, if desired. On one occasion we had some wasps nesting in outdoor light fixtures, the Pointe tech handled it immediately and professionally - no return of wasps.

I love this company. We have used them exclusively for the past 8 years and I would never do without them. The service tech always knocks on the door when he arrives, does a complete outside sweeping, spraying, laying traps, etc. When we first moved into this new built home in November 2003, we did not notice any and quot;crittersand quot; or creepy crawlies. Of course, once spring arrived, so did all the spiders, wasps, mice, etc. I called on pest control companies and chose Pointe Pest Control due to great references. I have never been disappointed. They are thorough and I don't have to battle with these undesirables for the right to use my house or yard without screaming in fear.

These guys are great! They come on time, and are very responsive to my needs. I found some spiders in my basement, and they came out the day after I called them to treat the inside of the house. They don't charge extra to come back between quarterly visits, either.

it has always went very well. we have no bugs (outside of spiders which can not be stopped). they have always been on time each quarter and we have had no issues.

These guys are great. They come on a regular schedule to spray for pests - which is all we have experienced from them - and then their promise is that if pests return they will keep coming back at no additional charge to get rid of them. Last year we had a ton of boxelder bugs and ants in the house, and this year we had none - partly because of climate, no doubt, and partly because of these guys. The service technicians are professional and friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about pests. We will use them again next year.

So far the ant have stopped crawling on the counters. He had to come three times before they stopped.
