Pointe Pest Control

We have used Pointe for several years. They are always reliable whether working inside (basement) or outside. We have been very happy with their work and their excellent communication with us.

The technicians always do a very thorough job when they are here.

Fine. Not only did David refill poison in boxes, but checked outside perimeter at areas when mice might likely enter--through garage for example--and he even checked for spider webs and hornet nests. Four times a year seems to do the job after I had paid almost twice as much years ago and kept getting mice. He also avoids spraying for pests around foundation b/c I have a dog and want to avoid those sort of pesticides. Jobs well done.

Always amazing service from Pointe Pest. Jamian M'Cormick has been servicing our home for over a year now. He knows the ins and outs of all the issue we have annually and periodically. Great. For the first time in the 28 years we've lived here, we do not have wasp nests on the sunny side of the house. And, though Pointe treat only the outside of the house, we also have not had pests in the basement.

Pointe Pest Control technicians have always been polite. The technicians are thorough and knowledgeable in their application of insecticide and removal of spider webs. In the past, I have had to call the office to request additional support due to a wasp nest in the ground. The office workers were also polite and knowledgeable and had help out to me right away. They do a good job and will always come back out if there are problems

We reported having a few ants enter the home. A barrier was dispersed around the exterior house foundation for ants which solved the problem. This was in addition to the regular treatment we have every 3 months. In general, this treatment has kept our house pest-free.

We have an annual contract with Pointe. We call them between appointments whenever we have a problem, like finding yellow jackets last year.
