Description of Work: I paid nearly $700 for a service and it was supposed to have a 90 day warranty, but I feel that the initial treatment, the company could have been more proactive in follow up treatments. They were happy to accommodate me up until the first service, but after that the treatment was not as thorough.

Description of Work: Called them with concerns about carpenter ants and carpenter bees. They completed a thorough inspection inside and out, tho I'm glad I was there to point out the numerous locations. They explained the problems, results, and treatment. They provided the initial treatment and wanted to provide follow-up tx in 2 weeks(included in initial charge) and then came back in another few weeks to be sure it was controlled. While I normally wouldn't sign up for ongoing care, at this point we have a big enough problem to warrant at least the year treatments. We will evaluate afterwards. The three service guys all seemed knowledgable and conscientious about the carpenter ant damage and treatment. I was disappointed, however, that the company has no info on termite inspection. Otherwise, happy to use them for now.
