i was initially impressed with the sales person who showed up at my door one day while I was unhappy with my pest service. He sold me on his company and I signed. However, after at least a year I still have problems with silverfish. They, and others, have told me these are hard to eliminate, but I just didn't feel like they were trying to figure out why I had them so bad. Impression is everything, and I didn't get the impression that they were experts. The last straw was when I had seen a few larvae (likely maggots) in my kitchen. I called them at about 430 on Friday, but they were closed. I did not get a call back until Monday morning! I hate bugs, and to me that was a bug emergency!! I asked the woman who called me Monday if they had been open on Saturday. She said yes, but they are just there for the technicians. I cancelled immediately and joined angies list to find someone new.

He is extremely responsive and very knowledgeable. He has got rid of any minor problems that I have had. The same technician comes out every time. I have his cell phone number and that is how responsive he is.

They did a great job. They did what they were supposed to do, so that doesn't impress me. The work was done well. My only critic is they force me to sign in the contract. They entice the customer to sign in for a better rate; but they give a better rate by locking the customer to pay almost a $100 to spray the exterior of the house when there is snow. They of course justify that is something that needs to be done, but common sense tells me that is a baloney. Otherwise, they do a very good job. They are very pleasant and thorough. They always come when they say they are going to come. They leave a message on my answer machine to tell me they are coming; but maybe I don't want them to because it is not convenient. They call me if they are running late for the appointment. I had no problem with that.

They approached us when they were doing other houses in the neighborhood. We were also having problems with bugs, so we went with them. They call us and tell us before coming. They spray inside the house in the areas we want them to. Once in between I had a problem and they came and sprayed and did not charge me either. They provide good customer service.

I've been using them for years and they come every three months. I felt that the service that they provided are the only exterminators because we have problems with boxelders and they adequately take care of the problem. They are very responsive and after an application if I had any concerns or questions they are good at clarifying my doubts. The applications they use are non toxic for animals and children. They were easy to schedule an appointment with and I feel that their price was reasonable. They are also available for call backs. Perhaps the second time they came out I was still having a problem with spiders and so forth and they immediately responded within twenty hour hours to came back out again with no additional charge. The service technician was knowledgeable about what he was doing.

This is just a service that keeps our bugs away. They show up quarterly and leave a message saying we'll be out in a few days, so if you want us to come inside please let us know. Otherwise, we'll just spray outside around the perimeter. I will continue to use them in the future.

Someone from Pointe Pest Control Company would leave us a voice mail on when they would be coming. They would come out and get the job done. I have had no contact with their workers because I have never been home when they come. The contract process with them was a little difficult; it was even more difficult to get out of it. Then we decided that we could probably get it done elsewhere for a cheaper price. I would not continue to use them in the future.

They do a monthly service with us. The original consultation is they show up, and they spray in the basement, inside and outside. They are here when they say they are going to be here. I like them.

It is about $100 per visit. They were your average pest control. They weren't particularly great or bad. They seemed pretty prompt and responsive. There was nothing wrong with it we just decided we didn't need it.

I recommend that you walk around with the technician. I had to point out all the locations where I saw ants and then had him spray. They would have only sprayed the kitchen, sinks and bathrooms otherwise. They do use environmental friendly products and I have to say there is very little odor with their products. The technician was very friendly and professional (uses the blue booties when he walks on the interior).

1. Service man refused to remove the spiderweb in my basement. 2. The Representative I talked to over the phone said they will not remove the spiderweb because it is not PEST. He said they will make the spider leave my house, so I will not get any more new spiderweb.... well, I still get new spiderweb on my basement after their expensive two services. 3. On my 3rd service, I did not get any call for appointment. I found invoice of $105 on my front door. Without any service inside my house. 4. I would like to cancel the contract, however they do not let me do that. when I told them about the spiderweb story, they told me that I should have read the contract............ My Fault..... I should never trust those sales person. Biggest mistake for this year, 2009, is sign the contract with 4 services.

They were very professional. They did a good job. There price was reasonable. They came back a month later and payed special attention to the kitchen and sprayed around my door. They will be coming quarterly from now on.

Unsolicited contact at my front door, attempted to sell me their services. I explained that I would 1st want to review their history with Angie's List..On contacting Angie's List, I was told that this company had problems with the Better Business Bureau, concerning their business practices. I told their representative about this report and that I could not use his services. He become angry and walked away.

I was unsatisfied with their first visit because he didn't even go into my crawlspace, he just hosed everything down in my crawlspace from the entrance, so I was not going to have them come back out. When they came back out I told them I wanted to hold off on another treatment until the Spring and they sent me a letter from their attorney. They wanted me to pay the full amount of $180 for the month to month contract. I ended up settling for $100 but I am still not satisfied and I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I have.

They are really professional. They do a prompt job.

Seemed thorough, but wasps returned in a week. Called on Monday, Tuesday they were out again and doused all of the eaves very well. Have not had problem since. Came out again month after initial treatment as part of checkup.
