Description of Work: Recommended installers for our job from installers they use. People were unreliable damaged some of the parts and never finished job. We ended up using another service and found a very reliable company to install our pool.

+ -1 moreNot well, the first guy Talbert, twice thought I was talking about a pool liner, not a pillow. After around 10 min I spoke with Kim, she offered me 15% off buying new pillows after telling me they were almost a year old. Actually I ordered them 10/23/2013 and recieved them towards the end of 10/2013. I would think with the average customer's spend on pool supplies that a company would stand behind a failed product not tell me it's too inexpensive to warranty. They are buying from a low cost country and should make their supplier stand behind it. I said I had NOT yet called this year to order supplies because of the product failure and had bought supplies elsewhere- I was calling to give them another chance and they chose to drop the ball, be rude as well. Well Kim and IN the Swim, people talk and I will tell everyone about this bad experience. Gone forever! we can Shop Lesilies, Doheny's many others you guys do not value nor really want your customer's business I was an interuption to your day and your sales intake. Please remove me from your mailing list.
Description of Work: I have been thier customer for quite some time. I had a problem and requested help with a failed product which were Pool Pillows for Winterizing. I called to place an order by first giving them the chance to fix my problem, they refused. I told them they should have there vendor RTA the product and reimburse in The Swim. They did not wnat to do that. I have used these types of Pool pillows since 1994 with no issues, you need to replace them periodically. These were new and are used to protect and support your pool and cover during winter sorage. They failed, causing further damage to my Kayak pool's cover. it took close to 10 minutes just to get to someone outside of the order department to listen and respond. I wanted a credit and then also place an order with them. Just make it right please. I told them I spend $500-700 per year on supplies for my pool but they do not seem to care to loose a customer.

+ -1 moreThey did have it in stock and I was ordering it over the phone, and I asked just to make sure that have free shipping, as stated on the front cover of their catalog. The representative said shipping is free but there's a $10.00 handling charge. This is a very deceptive practice.
Description of Work: I get catalogs for pool supplies from them. I called them to ask if they had an item in stock, which was a part for a pool cleaner I needed.
