Wendrick's White Plumbing

I called at about 9:15 in the morning. By 10:00, one of the owners of the business arrived. The installation was complete within an hour and a half. At the completion, he walked me through all the components of the system and gave me detailed information on how and when to perform routine tests and solutions for problems that may arise in the future (especially if there is an extended power outage again).

The repair went fine. The plumber was tidy and courteous. And the toilet has not leaked since the repair was made.

The repair went about as well as one could expect.

Very Friendly, cleaned-up and was quick. Cost of replacement water heater service was $926 with labor. I felt this was a bit costly, especially when I looked up the wholesale cost of the unit. But I am not a plumber, and have a habit of screwing projects up...lol.

Service was extremely fast, very professional, and reasonably priced for a late in the day emergency service call. Replaced a dead pump with one that was better that the one a had, provided some excellent advice to mitigate the water problem, and was very through.

The service went well. The plumber arrived not long after I called to have someone come out. He also was courteous and professional. He also attached one of the handles on the bathtub which was not attached at the time. I forgot to ask him to do that when he came out, so I'm glad that the did. I originally asked him to replace the hot and cold water shut off valves for the sink, since I couldn't turn them myself. He was able to get them to turn without replaceing them, thus saving me money. so I'm glad for his honesty.

They did a nice job overall. They were every professional throughout the project. I would surely hire them again if I were still in the area.

They come out and do work for me all the time. They give great service. They are very courteous.

The job went very well from initial quote from Ken to completion. Four plumbers worked from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to complete the job in one day, as promised. All were professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Love them. Very honest and accurate. Not the cheapest but they are the best, As tehy do not add on stuff, they become the least expensive in the long run....

Fine. The crew arrived on time, installed the toilets quickly, made sure they worked properly, and made sure the leak problem was resolved.

Great response. Note - service date was 12/25. Although I entered 12/25 on the calendar it keeps changing to 12/24.

They were here as promised even with the bad weather. They were in and out in no time and the service was fantastic. I will use them again if I have to have any plumbing service.

We couldn't have been happier. I was lucky to catch that the sump pump in our extractor sump had died before the water came over the top of the sump well. I called Wendrick's late on a Sunday night and left a message (they had an option to page them for emergency service). They called back first thing on Monday morning and had a plumber on site at our house by 10 am the same day. Their plumber was great-he was prompt, neat and efficient. He also saved us some $$$ by advising that it wasn't worth buying an expensive battery back-up system for our extractor pump-he suggested only investing the extra money in a unit for our main ground water sump. He also took care to do a few little extras like replacing the (inexpensive) check valves on the sump pump drain pipes. These are little $10 parts that can save a ton of grief. Overall, a really great experience all the way around-responsive, prompt, great quality work and good advice at a fair price.

After an initial hiccup where someone didn't call me back twenty four hours after asking for an estimate and me having to call to check in, they were very apologetic and took care of me right away. A plumber was able to come out the next day and make the repairs in about two hours. Access to the piping that needed to be replaced was terrible, but he worked without complaint (thought for sure they'd charge me an extra "annoyance" fee!)

Great service, very fast and professional. Workers take pride in their work, and were neat and cleaned up after the job. Good work, I'd call them again if another job came up, and I'd recommend them to others.

Were there on time. This is the 2nd time I've used them.

They come when they say they will, and everybody in the office is pleasant. I have no complaints!

Overall nice job. They came at the promised time and performed the work for the verbal price quoted. I would have appreciated the pricing in writing in advance but they did honor their verbal price. Technician and office staff friendly and helpful. They protected my floors from dirt and debris and cleaned up the work area when finished. I'll use them again and would recommend them.

The Wendrick's White Plumbing crew have a great attitude and are helpful in every way. The owner is a family guy, and he is always honest, helpful, and professional. They are very clean and tidy. I do recommend Wendrick's White Plumbing.

After contacting several plumbers, I was pleased to find one as responsive as Wendricks White! They came in, explained the problem, fixed it and offered some solutions to help us in the future. They were courteous, friendly and neat. (We have had lots of plumbers over the years, all of whom left a mess!) I could not be more pleased.

Put this out to bid to 2 companies, and Wendricks was both highly recommended by another Angie's List company, as well as over $400 less expensive. Dave Wendricks made scheduling easy. Keith (and sorry, forgot his associates name) made quick, clean, and thorough work of pulling the old equipment and installing the new. I was given written and verbal instructions for lighting and adjusting the units. Keith also warned me about air coming through the faucets throughout the house (which was very helpful).
