Joe was with the project from beginning to end. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He is not satisfied until the customer is and the same goes for the company. The company was able to resolve issues in a timely manner.

They were in and out in 2 days. A complete tearoff and reroof !!!! The workmanship was good.

In 2011 Carten Exteriors replaced roof on my 2 story brick building It was tear off project & it was and 3 years later still is a complete NIGHTMARE Lack of protection of adjacent properties lead to clogging of downspouts on one house next to mine and broken gutter hangers on another. Carden refused to fix, My kitchen sink was clogged. It was impossible to communicate because only one person spoke English, often not present on the site. Lack of supervision, rush, poor craftsmanship resulted in leaking only after 11 months, another large leaks in Feb of 2014. Carden is refusing to repair

Do to bad weather work was delayed but they kept in contact with me and came out asap. During waiting time my husband passed away. Carden made sure they were there for me. Always informing me of the schedule. Cleanup awesome!!. Roof looks wonderful!! I have hired then to reroof an outbuilding for me.

Excellent job, Very professional Company and crew, The cleanup was so thorough you'd never know they were here. Had a tear off which is a lot of work. Would highly recommend.

Carden was quick to return my calls, came out for an estimate right away, and was the absolute best price for the job. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain the process. When it ended up that we had three layers of shingles instead of the two he'd originally thought, he took care of the problem without trying to upcharge us for the extra labor. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

the company worked with me regarding the claim I had with the insurance company. They did an excellent job, matched the color of the shingles to those I already had, and did little extra things for me such as cleaning out my gutters.
