Carden Exteriors recently replaced our cedar shake roof with architectural shingles. We are extremely pleased with the results and have been impressed with the professionalism of Tim Carden and Denny de Baltz through all our negotiations. They are very organized and were on site for much of the job. Their crews were extremely hard working and efficient and took very good care of our property. They had at least one man dedicated all the time to collecting all the roof debris and getting it into the big dumpsters. They also had a machine that was magnetic for picking up any nails that fell. They covered our bushes with tarps. We were amazed at their outstanding dedication to every detail of the roofing process. Prior to hiring Carden Exteriors I received a list of homes in our area that had new roofs installed by the company from Lisa in the office. I drove around to see many of the roofs and that process helped me greatly in selecting the color for our roof which turned out to be the perfect color to match our house. We are delighted with our new roof and are already recommending Carden Exteriors to friends and family. We are very glad we chose them as they did an excellent job.

Great customer service by Cody! Cedar shake roof was replaced with asphalt shingles. Also, new skylights were installed. Job was done quickly and done well. Crew did a good job cleaning up. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work that was done.

The project manager that I worked with, Jeremy, was very professional. He let us know what to expect and returned calls promptly. The crew that came to do the work was very efficient and completed the work with quality and quickly. The company made me feel like they treated our home as it was their home, even down to cleaning up the yard around our house once they were done.

Very nice work for the money. My one complaint would be that they did not give us a lot of lead time. They seemed to be very busy but did not cut corners.

The proposal was very detailed and all aspects of what they would do was presented in writing and in diagrams. They followed through on every aspect of the roof replacement including replacing damaged wood. I was so confident in their professionalism that I added gutter guards to the order as well.

In early March, I received 3 bids to tear-off, and replace a rather unusual and complicated roof, requiring approx. 50 squares-including waste-of shingles. We choose Carden Exteriors; middle price of 3, but not much higher than low. Tim-owner, and Eric, salesman, and all-around expert, made a very good first impression with their knowledge and sincerity. Their proposal for a GAF Timberline, complete roof system; some insulation repairs on one roof turrent; water diverter; new flashings, soil stacks, and drip edges, as well as new larger gutters and downspouts, was accepted by us. Work started middle of April-as promised-and was completed in excellent fashion in 3 working days by Aaron and his crew; despite some rain and wind delays. Tim and/or Eric visited site every day, and turned out to be two of the nicest people my wife, and I ever met. Gutter work, sub-contracted to Jeff, and his Gutter Guard Co. followed, and was also completed in excellent fashion; despite rain and wind delays, as well as a "goof" by me in signing contract specifying smaller gutters than we wanted. This wasted 1 day, and required wider material. Mike, Jay, and Jeff did a great job with gutters,including elongated downspouts. To my surprise, and over my objections-fair is fair-final bill was same as original quote; despite my "goof", and the addition of some Copper flashing my wife liked. Would highly recommend these folks, not only to strangers, but to friends, relatives, and neighbors!

Tim and his company replaced my roof, windows, gutters, soffits, fascia and siding and added a skylight. They did an excellent job in all areas. Price, knowledge, courtesy, customer service, cleanup, all excellent. Tim came and checked each step of the way. Would highly recommend!!!

They did a great job on my shingle replacement. Also they replaced two skylights and put in new vents for the upstairs baths. Nice work and easy to work with.

Needed to have our roof replaced due to age; home owners' insurance refused to cover us any longer if we were to have any roof-related claims. Price was reasonable. Customer service was above par. Workers were punctual. Job was done in the timeframe quoted. They also did an excellent job on yard clean-up, especially the nails. Extremely important to us since we have three dogs of our own and also foster rescue dogs. All around a positive experience.

Tim Carden responded with a personal visit to our property and made a through and accurate assessment of our garage roof. The garage roof was in terrible shape and ready to collapse in any given moment. Tim took notes and calculated specifications. He made some recommendations to reassure us that safety, quality and durability were his top priorities. Within a couple of days, his team returned with the necessary materials and two professional roofers. By the end of the day, the roofers completed the job and our garage looked like a new building! The roof was beautifully crafted and built to protect and endure all kinds of weather for many years. His team cleaned up all of the scraps and hauled them away. In addition, he generously donated his time, roofers, clean-up, and arranged for all of the materials to be donated. We can't thank Tim and his colleagues enough for answering our prayers. Had our home and garage redone by Carden after a large hail storm. All work was completed on time, price and the quality was excellent. All questions and concerns were answered before hand. It has been 2-3 years since the work was performed and no issues to report. Would def recommend if you are looking for honest/quality work.

Called for an estimate since I saw other great reviews. Someone came out the next day. Very professional and friendly and gave me a better price than the other 3 companies i contacted before hand. Within 2 more days they were on the roof and within 3 days it was complete. They explained daily what they were doing and showed me all the new materials going on the roof. They left the outside ground of my house clean with nothing destroyed outside. I definitely would recommend "Style Carden Exteriors" is your shopping for a new roof !!!!!

It was my first time having to replace the roof of our home. So being new to this I had some questions and concerns as far as what the process would be, and what type of materials would be used. Mr. Carden had solid answers for my all my questions and was very knowledgeable on the general topic of roofing. Our roof was installed in about two and a half days, exactly the way Mr. Carden explained. I hired Style by Carden Exteriors based on their reviews and a personal referral on a few people that I know in my neighborhood that used them for their roofing projects. I have never seen a group of guys work so hard, and smile while doing it. From start to finish they were respectful to my home, very detailed in all the work that they did all the way into the evening clean-up. These guys do their work with pride! My yard and gutters look better then they did before the crew showed up. I love my new roof! Let it be known that I normally would not take the time to write a review but I was truly impressed with their craftsmanship and it is the least I could do.

subcontactors, the 2 guys were messy, disorganized, missed half the repairs they were hired to do. Had to caller owner who had the guys complete the job. There is no way would I trust them to do a new roof if they couldn't handle simple repairs. Plus I was picking up roofing nails, pieces of shingle &paper & crap which fell out of their van onto the street & driveway.

Did an excellent job for a reasonable price. Very responsive and friendly. Completed the job in one day. Cleanup was perfect.
