I will say that working with Eric was both a pleasure and informative. Along with his estimate, I was given a detailed and color coded illustration of exactly where and what work would be performed. He came in right at cost and the work was completed on time the day it was scheduled. This included a complete tear off and installation of the new roof. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in need of a new roof. The crew was prompt and did an outstanding job leaving my property like they were never here. Great value for the money which was very reasonable and below most competitors.

Can't say enough good things here.... Estimate was well below competitors and workmanship was fantastic! They were timely, neat, organized and professional in all aspects of project. Erik, who managed my project, had the most detailed proposal of all the contractors which included photographed pictures of my house with detailed overlaid drawings of the work to be performed and the materials to be used. He made specific recommendations that matched our particular needs. He left samples for us to view (which nobody else did), and their bid far surpassed the amount of work to be done for the price than any other bidder. This is your company, reader. They did a great job. They were reasonably priced and my house looks great!

A complete removal and replace shingle roof. Necessary repairs to roof decking completed in a workman like fashion. Very careful to protect neighbor's houses from damage. Thorough clean-up of debris, gutters and nails. Job completed on time and in a professional manner.

I had a complete roof tear off and gutters replaced with gutter guards installed. Erik patiently walked me thru the whole process, was there on site the first and second day, and checked when everything was complete that I was satisfied. The crew was professional and always cleaning up. I couldn't be happier. I am now looking into having this company replace my upstairs windows in the spring.

Arrived when they said they would arrive and did what they promised to do.

Their Sales Rep, Erik, was wonderful. He addressed all our concerns and was even there at the beginning of the job to make sure everything started on time. The workers did a beautiful job. Only took a day and a half. We had gutters and gutter covers done too and we are very pleased. The workers cleaned up and I could not find any debris on our property once they were done. The price was right and the job was done on time and it was a great job. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and have already received comments on how professional the workers were and how good the roof and gutters look. Highly recommended!!!!

Erik is awesome !1 We had to wait a while to do the repair , due to somethings out of our control , when I let him know it was time to do it , he responded on time , he got the crew out here on a Saturday , they finished pretty much in one day ! Erik was here supervising most of the day , the crew was great they worked hard , were polite , cleaned up and did a great job

Extremely positive experience. Working with Erik was great. Lots of information given, all questions answered quickly, price was competitive, and there was no pressure. He helped us with decision, explained the process, and made sure all went well during the two days they worked on our roof. Leo and the other workers were amazing....clearly they were very skilled, hard-working, and very pleasant. All was totally cleaned up after the job was finished. We hired Carden Exteriors for our residential flat roof tear off and install. The entire Carden Team, lead by Bob were professional, on time, clean and did an overall first class job. Highly recommended!

I received a detailed estimate from Denny at a very fair price (I had four estimates from other companies where their proposals/estimates either failed to include important project details and/or were out of sight in price). The crew arrived on schedule and was very friendly and met every expectation. They did a thorough cleanup. You should definitely get an estimate from this company.

I could not be happier with their team of professionals - I have given Jay's number to 2 people so far - Customer service and Project Manager, Jay were both so engaging and hands on\ The crew was one bunch of the nicest, cleanest, concerned, polite men I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Additionally, the company they hired to pick up the dumpster was nice and concerned and swept the whole driveway to ensure no nails or debris. It looks so nice - I'm just thrilled ! I saved and waited for years and am happy I went with Carden.

Eric was very knowledgeable said what he was going to do then made sure it was done. Leo and crew were quick, clean, and good. Dumpster showed up on time, very careful of my property, removed less then 24hrs later. Thought price was a little high. Would recommend this company

Lou was ridiculously fast with getting estimates done and not selling me stuff I didn't need. I called about replacing a roof on an addition I had that sat lower then the rest of the roof. He gave me a fair price on the addition and said I still had a couple years left on the main roof and because of his honesty I went ahead and purchased a new roof through his company anyway. He had the roof installed two days later and it looked like the company was never there.

From the start, Erik took pictures and measurements of the beginning process and throughout the installation process. He kept us up to date on what was going on. The company did inform us of the arrival times of the dumpster and materials needed to reroof out house, which showed up the time given. He did say it's hard to get all nails picked up around the construction area and he was right. After they are done make sure to walk the area. Overall a very good experience! Roof looks excellent

Great company to do business with. From start to finish they all were pros. I feel they all went above and beyond all expectations. Roof looks great!. The whole crew worked like a well oiled machine. Clean up crew also above and beyond. They even took down my old television antenna for me. A+ for the complete company.

Very nice company to do business with.(Joe Tomasicyk),very professional. Replaced our asphalt shingles, removed our skylight and chimney. Roof looks great, the crew picked up everything couldn't tell they were there, job well done.
