Description of Work: It went well. He was very nice and did what we wanted him to do. I had priced out this "control "jazz" board and other places wanted just about the same price as he charged installed. So I think we did the right thing.

Description of Work: After checking the whole oven, he determined that the fault was with the igniter. He showed me the faulty igniter and told me the cost, and asked me if he should proceed. I agreed to his price and he then Installed a new igniter in my stove and tested it to make sure it was working. It was, and now I'm looking forward to baking again!

Description of Work: Mike was great came the next day. Fixed the problem washing machine and did not try to up the charges. I would recommend him forfuture problems.

Description of Work: My clothes dryer developed a "no heat" situation. So I checked the list and found this company close by. I read some of the reports and decided to call them to do the repairs. They made an appointment to come and arrived right on time. Not only did he replace the heating coil, but he cleaned the dryer vent on the outside of the house. Great price and great service.

Description of Work: I CALLED THE LIST BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH MY DRYER AND THIS COMPANY WAS THE TOP-RATED AND CLOSEST TO MY HOME. I CALLED ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE IMMEDIATELY SUGGESTED SOMETHING FOR ME TO TRY, SAYING THIS MAY FIX THE PROBLEM AND AVOID THE COST OF A SERVICE CALL. SHE SUGGESTED TO CALL BACK IF THAT DID NOT WORK AND THEY WOULD SEND A REPAIRMAN. HER FIX WORKED RIGHT AWAY. A COMPANY I HAVE USED IN THE PAST (NOT ON THE LIST) SIMPLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN THE FUTURE.
