great came 2 weeks earlier than estimated.

I had used this company 1 1/2 years ago for windows, siding and exterior items of my own home. so when my parents got a crazy estimate for a new roof, I suggested they call Ultimate Remodelers. They came out to my parents home, presented them with a professional quote that included everything they needed. The quote was less than 1/2 of the other one they had received. The night before the project was to begin the owner came by to be sure everything had arrived and was ready for his crew. His crew worked from 7 am - 6 pm and had everything done in a day. Even clean up - clean up was great. Not a nail to be found and all trash (full tear off) was removed. Best service hands down for a new roof!

We couldn't be happier. The work was A+ - Chris Z and his team completed the entire job in approximately one week once materials were all squared away, all the while dodging passing storms and taking advantage of every opportunity they had to finish the job. We had told the Owner, James, that we had a birthday party on a particular date and while we knew it might be difficult to have the job done in that timeframe and completely understood it might not be - Mike, James, Chris' crew, Phil - the entire Ultimate Remodelers team did everything they could from start to finish to make that happen. And they did! The work was top-notch, they took care of all permits/pictures/formalities with the help of several players, and I've rarely had a company make me feel they way they did about the job they set out to do for us. Great family company. I would absolutely recommend them for home improvement projects. In an age of poor transparency about what is to be expected with work on your home, they will make you feel like you've been doing business with them for years. Thanks for the fantastic experience and for 'fighting the good fight' with your honesty and hard work. Hat's off to you.

These guys are great. They are very honest and upfront about everything, they consistently have the best pricing, and they do exactly what they say they will do. Highly recommend.

Excellent. These guys are fast, honest, trustworthy, and do not try to upsell or give you more than you need. I won't even shop around next time I need anything related to roof, siding, or doors.

We did them in stages. We did the upstairs first, then the downstairs, and this was for the basement windows; which aren't basement windows. They're real windows because we're on a slope. We have real windows in our basement. He's going to give me a quote for replacing my roof.

The project went very well starting with discussion with sale rep, Blake, to work done by crew. Explanation of materials and how the project would be informed clear and concise. Timely execution from ordering to completion date. Crew showed up on time and completed work within time frame. Work area cleaned up after and debris removed. Cost of project very reasonable.

Well, it went perfect. Ultimate Remodelers, Mike, came out to give a quote. He went over the materials and they were high quality with the best warranties available that I had heard of. I figured oh great, here is a super high price coming. When the price was shown to me I literally said are you missing 1’s in front of those numbers. After some add-ons and getting new gutters at the same time it was all completed in a couple weeks and everything looks great! Any minor issues that came up Mike and the owner James resolved with me same day. They responded to emails or calls almost instantly. I highly recommend you get a couple quotes then call Ultimate Remodelers and you will sign a contract with them.

Quotation was obtained Work scheduled They got the village permits Showed up when expected Complete tear-off and replacement in one day; replaced all vents, flashing around chimney etc. No problems, and would recommend them.

This was a big project for us, that included removal of all the old wood siding, soffits, gutters and windows. They started with removal of siding. Project went fast, and clean up occurred each day as they went. Crews were organized and neat. Ultimate Remodelers communicated regarding what days would have what activities and crew. We were in the loop for when items/supplies would arrive and when work would be done. Crews were hard workers. The owner and supervisors stopped by to check progress and touch in with us as well. Sales followed up all the way through. A big project and the end result looks great!

Removed and replaced my gutters, covered holes and reinforced weak areas of the roof.

It was good. He called right away, came out right away and was very helpful.

They entire process was hassle free. The owner worked with us on any and all details of the project. He addressed our concerns at every level. The price was very reasonable for all the work we had done. The work was performed efficiently. The company has since performed work at many of our neighbors and friends. We have not heard of any issues.

We had a windows replaced and one window removed. It was all done in a couple of hours. Windows look very good. The workers were very nice and cleaned up everything before leaving.

Never received a price.

Conscientious job, performed according to my schedule, followed up to make sure I was happy, did job as was agreed to for the most part (one downspout was in the wrong location).

Ultimate Remodelers was very response to my request for an estimate on new siding and gutters. They were very well prepared when they showed up for the estimate. They showed me samples of their product and also had a slideshow presentation showing the pros/cons of comparable alternatives. They provided an estimate while still at my house. They also offered financing options. I have no doubt they would do terrific work; however, their price was greater than the two other estimates I received and therefore I have chosen to move forward with another contractor.

Only a handwritten estimate on yellow pad of paper. I said price was too high. He had a 15% coupon. Took $1500 off of $15,000!That's not 15%!!!!Said he could finance around 12%!!!If $15,000 is too high, what will it be at 12%?????? Why no formal professionally typed estimate on company letterhead??? Why double digit interest rate???

We moved in to the house about 12 years ago and knew that one of the first big projects we needed to complete was replacing the exterior door down in our split level home family room. Well, here it is, 12 years later, and we finally decided it was time to get this job done. After searching Angie's List for good handymen/remodelers, we found a Ultimate Remodelers surprisingly close to home. We had James out to give us a quote and he was pleasant and personable and gave us a VERY fair price compared to the other contractors we got quotes from. James' team of Chris & Mark were truly amazing. they had the old door out and new door in and adjusted withing just a few hours. To top if off, we expected them to simply put our existing screen door back in place but they informed us that they had a new, better screen door (they were right, too) that was included in their price if we wanted it. Obviously we said yes, and are glad we were, it's a huge improvement over the old one. I would not hesitate to use James' Ultimate Remodelers, Inc again!

We had used James' company in the spring to replace an exterior door and were supremely happy with them, so when we flooded and our insurance company asked us if we had a preferred remodeling company, we didn't hesitate to tell them, "yes, we want Ultimate Remodelers, Inc to do the job!" James brought in his amazing contractor, Kamil (sounds like the desert animal) for the job and we couldn't have been happier. Kamil came in after another company had completed their cleanup and removal of all the wet stuff. He replaced the drywall that had been removed and re-paneled the entire downstairs. Not the huge 4x8 sheets that most companies use, but the 4" tongue & groove paneling that we used to have in place and wanted to have the same look. Yes, it took considerably longer that slapping up some big sheets, but Kamil was patient and most of all, Kamil gave us an incredibly professional family room. We actually had a bit of a goof during the project. We had initially told James what stains we wanted the various woodwork to be completed in. They did exactly what we said and, as it turned out, we told them the wrong stain color for the chairrail going around the room. After we noticed our error, we guiltily explained the problem and Kamil handled it professionally. He explained that, as long as we paid for his time, he'd be happy to reapply the proper stain (thankfully, the proper stain was considerably darker so he could apply it right on top of the old stuff without having to remove it). We were grateful for his understanding nature and gladly picked up the extra. We now have the exact stain colors we envisioned and couldn't be happier with it. We had asked if they could plane down a couple of doors that had been rubbing on the frames for years and instead of shaving down the wood, Kamil worked his magic with his nail gun and simply made some adjustments to the door/frame and they close smoother then they EVER have now! We had him patching up some drywall in the closet that another company had removed. While he was in there, he put on some door time on the inside of the door frame that had never been there. We didn't even realize he had done this until after they left. It is this sort of kind professionalism that really impressed us. It wasn't part of the job, we hadn't even asked him to do it, but Kamil didn't want to leave a "room" (okay, a closet) that he was working in looking anything short of professional and "complete". Without a doubt, I would not hesitate to use James' Ultimate Remodelers, Inc again, nor would I hesitate to recommend him to any friends looking for some work to be done. James & Kamil are nothing short of miraculous.

They work quickly and efficiently, and the work looks great.

Their workmen are very professional and do an excellent job of keeping the worksite clean. They are thorough and we have never had a problem with the workers or the quality of their work. They are also firm on their bids.

I first contracted Ultimate Remodelers to replace my gutters and down spouts. I had read the reviews on Angie's list and after meeting with them and 2 other companies, I was most impressed by the professionalism and mannerism of the sales associate. This is the first company that has followed-through with every aspect of the job, what a breath of fresh air from other contractors! Their communication is unparalleled with other contractors as they kept me informed on where they were with the process and kept to the timeline set forth. All staff is respectful, professional, and left the house clean and orderly. After the gutter replacement, I contracted with them to install new windows. They installed the windows with the same high level of satisfaction. I am very impressed with the entire crew, from start to finish! You will get a fair, honest shake from this outfit! Job well done!

They are happy with it and he did the work. It was a plywood-type deck and everything was lined up, everything seemed to be done well. They have to come back and put the sealer on after it withers for a while but they are not totally finished yet, and they just did a good quality job. It's my parent's house, I've only seen it once since I was over there. I think they were happy with what he did. I think it was a little higher than the other ones. They were on time in everything.
