Description of Work: Purchased the Boiler Clean & Check Big Deal from Unique Indoor Comfort n/k/a Service Express. Michelle was great to deal with in communicating scheduling and handling questions I had outside the scope of the work order. Tech Justin was punctual and very pleasant. Upon completion of the work, Justin was great at explaining what he did and gave us a fair estimate on additional work.

Description of Work: Replaced our Condo's 300,000 BTU furnace, crew was great and dealt with issues that come with replacing a 25 year old furnace in a 90 year old building.

Description of Work: Boiler check and clean. What I appreciated most about Brian is that he came in to do the job assigned. He did not try to convince me I needed to purchase a new boiler like all other service technicians have done in the past. I truly appreciated that. Our system is old but still in good working condition and for years to come. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. They followed up with me as well, and I posted their magnet cards (discounts too) on my refrigerator. They earned an A+ from me.

Description of Work: The provider has installed systems in my house and received more than $10,000 in income from me. I had a service calll at a property, the item was not fixed and they had to come back the next day. The charge for the next day was for a Saturday or "off-hour" visit. I was charged the full rate for the Saturday and Sunday call to fix the item that wasn't fixed on Friday. Their own installed admitted that the prior installer did no complete the task correctly. I placed numerous calls to the owner who never returned them. They are now suing me for non-paymnt. The irony is I paid for the Firda service call, and have paid them in excess of $10,000 for other work over the years. Still waiting for my phone call insead of a lawsuit!

Description of Work: CHECKED RADIANT HEATING ELEMENTS BECAUSE WE WEREN'T RECEIVING HEAT IN 3 ROOMS UPSTAIRS. OTHER COMPANIES BLED THE SYSTEM BUT THE HEAT KEPT GOING OUT. UNIQUE BLED THE RADIATORS AND FOUND A CORRODED INTAKE VALVE WHICH REGULATED THE AIR FLOW INTO THE ROOMS.

Description of Work: THE COMPANY REROUTED A CONDENSATION DRAIN PIPE FOR THE WHOLE HOUSE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM. THEY ALSO INSTALLED AN EMERGENCY FLOAT SYSTEM.

Description of Work: I REQUESTED A SALESMAN TO VISIT MY HOME FOR A PROPOSAL ON REPLACING AN ELECTRIC FURNACE. AFTER HAVING TO WAIT SEVERAL DAYS FOR THE VISIT AT MY HOME, THE SALESMAN ARRIVED, SPENT LESS THAN 10 MINUTES AT THE PROPERTY, AND LEFT, PROMISING TO SEND ME A PROPOSAL. FOUR DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM A WOMAN AT THE OFFICE, ASKING IF I WAS PLEASED WITH THE VISIT. I TOLD HER THAT I WAS STILL WAITING FOR A PROPOSAL. (3 OTHER SALESMAN EITHER WROTE UP THE PROPOSAL WHILE AT MY HOME, OR FAXED IT TO ME LATER THE SAME DAY.) SHE PROMISED THE PROPOSAL WOULD BE PROVIDED IMMEDIATELY. SEVERAL MORE DAYS PASSED, AND I GOT ANOTHER PHONE CALL FROM ANOTHER MAN AT THE COMPANY, WANTING TO COME TO MY HOME TO ANALYZE/MEASURE MY NEED FOR A REPLACEMENT FURNACE. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT THERE HAD ALREADY BEEN A REPRESENTATIVE FROM HIS COMPANY AT MY HOME, AND THAT HE HAD FAILED TO EVER DELIVER A PROPOSAL. I ALSO TOLD HIM THAT THE FURNACE WAS NOW REPAIRED, AND WOULD NOT BE NEEDING A VISIT FROM UNIQUE.
