Description of Work: Currently have a service contract and have them come out twice per year. Always on time, professional and efficient. Absolutely no complaints. A few years ago I had a problem with my heat in the dead of winter on a holiday and the guy that answered the emergency call talked me through the solution in just a few minutes at no cost. Highly recommended.

Description of Work: One company we interviewed said there was no way to avoid a mess when installing a system....this company was very neat and particular and there was no mess whatsoever. We had a system installed for our upstairs as we have a very old house and there's no room for ducts and window units were not cutting it. The system works great...we had to get it calibrated shortly after installation but no problems since. They are very knowledgeable and customer service is responsive. So glad we did this project!
