Description of Work: Installed 2 Trane furnaces and A/C units. |Also, 2 new thermostats. The whole crew was fantastic from start to finish. When finished, they went through thermostat settings, furnace features and maintenance. I highly recommend K&J.

Description of Work: I had the furnace cleaned and checked for heating and humidifing. Also, last summer the air condition (Trane) installed by K&J failed. It was under warranty, so they replaced the entire AC system. They did a very good job and were quick to respond during the extreme heat in July 2012. This winter some of the special putty used on joints on the furnace fell off, so that was taken care of when they came to do the furnace check. This company has always been organized, prompt and very helpful when I call for assistance.

Description of Work: Always on-time. We have had a service agreement for 2 consecutive years. Price is right and ghey service both air and heating units. Very happy with their service. $440 is for 2 air and 2 heating units.
