We were very pleased with them. Two men came to do the work. They cleaned-up thoroughly after themselves and were professional in all regards. They were informative and helped answer our many questions along the way. Their price was also reasonable.

The overall experience was very good. They did excellent work. Treated us in a professional manner and did excellent professional installation. Quality work and exceeded expectations.

The experience with them was fine. They came when they were called and they did the appropriate repair. They replaced a gas pipe that had malfunctioned. Their price was reasonable.

Our furnace would only intermittently kick on. We figured it needed to be cleaned/serviced. They were able to have someone come out the next day. The serviceman said the problem was probably due to a dirty flame sensor. The serviceman was professional, polite and explained exactly what he was doing. We've owned the home for four and half years and have never had the furnace inspected or cleaned - shame on us. The serviceman explained that we should have an annual inspection. Additionally, when my husband called to set up the appointment, he asked if they offered any type of a discount since we found them on Angie's List. They said no, but directed us to a coupon in the phone book, so we got $10 off. We would definitely use this company again.

Work was scheduled one week in advance. The employee showed up promptly at 7:00 AM and had finished the installation of the new furnace, humidifier and thermostat by 2:00 PM. He was very professional and efficient. He took the time to answer any and all my questions.

Arrived on time and inspected furnace to find out why it wasn't starting. We knew the pilot light was out but couldn't figure out where it was supposed to be. He pointed the location out to us, relit it, and explained this might be a symptom, not a cause. He was right--the true cause turned out to be a spent thermal coupling wire, which luckily was a relatively easy fix. He replaced the wire and had the furnace running in less than 15 minutes.

Ken was prompt and very professional. He seemed confident and very capable. He worked quicky, answered all our questions and was very thorough in his report on the invoice he provided. He carefully answered our questions and promised that the office would follow up with quotes on the additional equipment he recommended for more effective heating and cooling of that 3rd floor bedroom. However, the office did not call today as promised. I will call them Monday and pursue getting the quote. This is not a big problem to me considering the work was only done yesterday. Other than that a perfect experience.

As stated above my furnace was flaming out the grill upon starting. I had K and J come out to check out the problem. They were able to get to me on the day I called and felt the heating unit was just dirty. The service repairman was friendly and professional and took great care to clean the furnace. I had had the unit cleaned before and no other repair service did such a complete job. The furnace worked like new after the cleaning. I would highly recommend K and J Heating and Cooling and will use them again in the future.

Great! A couple of days after I called, a tech came out to inspect the existing garage heater and we decided to junk it and buy a new one. About a week after that, he came back and spent a half-day installing a new, larger unit. It works great, he put the thermostat right by the door, vented it properly and even closed up the hole from the old unit.

They are very professional, prompt, and they did not leave until the job was done. Very clean, very professional.

They did as promised and the quote never changed from the time they came until the end of the job. They were very skillful and they knew what they are doing. There workers are very hard workers and they got the job done.

Everyone I spoke to at K and J Cooling was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. They were prompt in returning phone calls, arrived onsite as scheduled and gave me a great idea of exactly what was and wasn't included in the quote. I was able to schedule the date of service within days of deciding I wanted the work done. I paid exactly what was quoted not a penny more. The work is good quality and my house is finally cool again!

Our overall experience was very good. I was please with their quick response. The gentleman seemed to be straight forward and honest. He did not try to sell me a new furnace. It was more expensive to have them out after 3:30pm but after several calls, I learned this is standard in the industry.

VERY FRIENDLY OVERALL. CAME TO OUR HOME WITH DETAILED CHARTS AND DIAGRAMS OF THE CHOICES AVAILABLE. PROMPT. WHEN A PROBLEM AROSE, A WORKMAN CAME AT 7:30 THE NEXT MORNING (AFTER THE CALL HAD BEEN LEFT ON VOICEMAIL THE EVENING BEFORE DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM WITH THE A/C) TO RECTIFY IT.

THEY WERE VERY SPECIFIC ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND WHY. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, COURTEOUS AND CLEAN. WE HAD A COUPLE OF PROBLEMS SOON AFTER INSTALLATION AND THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME TO FIX THEM WITH NO CHARGE.
