Description of Work: Elvis responded promptly to our request for service by coming out to give us an estimate for flood damage after a 5" rain here in Wilmette. Basement and carpeting were soaked. We hired him and he and his men came out the next day and worked very hard non-stop to pull out soaked carpeting and wash floors beneath. He left huge fans to dry the basement for a few days and them picked them up very promptly. We still have lots of work to do, but Elvis was great and we would use him again.

Description of Work: Techniclean did an excellent job cleaning my oriental carpets. I have not had the carpets cleaned in a long time, because I have had a hard time finding a company that is reasonably priced and knows how to properly clean and handle oriental carpets. Techniclean took special care with the carpets and made the fringes look like new. They picked up and delivered the carpets on time and were professional in every way. I have only positive comments about this company and would not hesitate to use their services again.

Description of Work: With the holidays coming up coupled with a new puppy we needed to have our carpets cleaned throughout the house. The Cleaning and Restoration Manager, Elvis Smajlovic, came by and gave us a free quote on the cleaning of 3 rooms and a stairway and landing as well as some stains from the puppy. He arrived when expected and was very courteous and friendly. He gave us a choice of dates and times and we chose the one that fit our schedules. The day of the cleaning, the crew arrived within 5 minutes of the time that we had agreed upon. Elvis told me that the cleaning would take about 2 hours and that if I had any errands to run that I could leave and come back before the crew left. I walked the puppy for about 1and 3/4 hours and returned just as the crew was finishing up. Everything was back in its proper place, elevated off of the carpet and all of the stains were gone. Elvis even gave me a towel to keep for wiping the dog's feet after being outside. Within about 4-5 hours the carpet was dry to walk on and it all looked great. The cleaning was of better quality than we had in the past and I would definitely reccommend Techniclean for carpet cleaning and stain removal.

Description of Work: Techniclean did the whole 9 yards. They cleaned family room and bed room carpets, as well as two oriental rugs, and a love seat and chair. Everything came out very nice and smelling clean. With two dogs, one who sheds, and boys running all around, they had their work cut out for them. Timely and conscientious workers. Cleaning is expensive everywhere, but the coupons helped. I would recommend.

Description of Work: Elvis cleaned all of the carpets in our house; big living room and dining room and four bedrooms. I chose Elvis and his company because of the positive reviews here, and was not disappointed. He and his assistant arrived on time and did a tremendous job on carpets that were a mess from use and a previous carpet cleaning company that did a lousy job. When he left they were like new. Great job all around. I highly recommend Elvis to anyone looking for a great job for the cost. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: I had my bedrooms, basement and office carpet cleaned. Elvis and his assistant did a wonderful job. They were punctual, efficient and neat. They provided me with booties and a container of stainer remover to keep at the end of the job. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They provide additional services which I am looking into currently.
