Elvis arrived promptly on time. We had three rooms and two stairs cleaned. We have used Techniclean in the past and highly recommend this company.

Outstanding! Returned calls promptly and answered all questions. The workmen arrived on time and did a beautiful job with my carpeting. The work consisted of my living room/dining room,upstairs hall,downstairs hall basement family room rug and two flights of stairs. They advised me of one very small stain that I was aware of that they could not remove,which was fine as furniture would cover it. They even replaced some of the heavier furniture that I had moved (after asking permission but without me asking them to do it) to make it easier for me. They placed blocks or plastic under all furniture left on the carpet and answered all questions regarding drying times. I will certainly hire them in the future for all cleaning work..

Great! Elvis is always accommodating and professional. He measured, quoted, gave me honest answers about the condition of one rug and took two with him to be cleaned. I've been using Techniclean for years and wouldn't call anyone else.

The technicians did a great job of cleaning our carpet after some work was done to our bathroom during the winter months and a tile saw had to be set up in our living room!!!

Elvis and his co worker were great. They arrived on time. Did a wonderful job. Most of my stains that have been in my carpets since I moved into the house are totally gone! The house smells clean and fresh. They also left a spot cleaner for me to use in the future and booties. The price also seemed very fair.

Wonderful!! They arrived on time, were extremely respectful of our pets and belongings and do BEAUTIFUL work!! I couldn't be more pleased with the service AND the fact that they clean the window treatments in place rather than removing them and then having to wait to get them back and rehung. Carpet looked like new, couldn't say enough about their service. Would highly recommend Techniclean. Had previously used Stanley Steemer and I now realize how awful they are.

They did an excellent job. Some of the areas had serious pet stains and they paid special attention to these. Although we had to pay a little extra because of the square footage, they also cleaned an area rug for no charge.

As the last time we used them, they did a great job. They put the furniture up on protective pads, and worked carefully but efficiently throughout the house. And when we needed a small touchup service as a followup, they came out right away and fixed that issue. They seem very professional and I would strongly recommend them for carpet cleaning.

Sam is the receptionist/coordinator of services who answers the phone and gave me all needed details regarding my request. She herself is extremely knowledgeable about the business and carpet/upholstery cleaning and made very helpful suggestions. Shortly thereafter Elvis and Erik arrived to do the job and I couldn't have been more pleased. They were punctual, clearly expert in their jobs, very conscientious of the rest of my home/keeping equipment as out of the way as possible, went above and beyond to help me reposition heavy rugs, provided me with good additional info for future needs, and carefully cleaned up afterward. I am extremely fussy (!!) and particular about my home and the people I choose as resources...and only take the time to write a review when the service is truly excellent. I highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, Elvis and Erik are coming back this week to take an oriental in my basement back to their shop for special attention.

This is the second time I've used Techniclean. The work went very well. The oriental carpet had to be taken to the plant to be washed. It hadn't been cleaned in several years, came out sparkling with much of the pattern visible again. The group did a good job on the garage - they removed everything and got into all the dirty corners. I have a very light beige carpet in the study with lots of dirty footprints, and even though it's old, it came out like new. I definitely will use them again. Very pleasant and polite.
