This is the second time that I have used Elvis and the experience was as great as the first time. They were were able to come on the day that was convenient for me. They arrived on time and gave me the cost before proceeding. They moved all furniture in order to do a thorough job. My grandchilldren had been living with us (ages 2 and 4) and the carpets had taken quite a beating. They now look brand new. All the stains are gone! I have a cleaning lady and she noticed the minute she walked in the door. I am just amazed at the job that they do. I recommended Elvis to my daughter (mother of the 2 grand kids) and she has used Elvis twice-before listing her old house and before moving into the new. She loves the job that they do and recommended them on Facebook to all her friends. She is also scheduled to have her ducts cleaned by Elvis.

He did a really good job especially with removing the paint. The painter had spilled an entire bucket of paint. Techniclean got it up and you can't even tell.

From the moment I called them, they were professional thru and thru. They were able to schedule me within just a few days. I love the fact that it is a truck mounted system....I feel like all the dirt is leaving the premises completely. He was knowledgable about different carpet fibers and what works best. He cleaned the carpet thoroughly gave me a free bottle of spot remover and our carpet looks amazing. I will defiantly use them again and would recommend them to my friends.

I used Techniclean on 2 occasions this fall. Time was an issue with the first sofa cleaning because we were moving and Techniclean came when I needed them. I cannot comment on price since I did not get any other estimates (but is seemed reasonable). Elvis was on time, very professional and did a nice job cleaning the sofa. I called him back to clean another sofa and an area rug after the move and got the same high quality service. I would definitely recommend Techniclean.

Arrived on time, carpet thoroughly and meticulously cleaned in time estimated. Kind, respectful, knowledgeable business manner. Closed job in complete manner, leaving instructions, stain cleaner/cloth and street shoe covers.

A + My carpets look terrific! The crew was early and very friendly. They moved everything that was movable, and placed my items on styrofoam to make sure the carpet had time to dry. I wish I would've had my carpets cleaned much sooner, they look great!

Elvis was extremely responsive in setting up our cleaning and coordinating a date prior to our move in to our new home. We had a tight time table to have the cleaning performed after closing and before the move 2 days later. All carpets were cleaned, including 2 sets of stairs, entire 2nd floor (5 bedrooms) and basement. All tile in the bathrooms were cleaned and it is now spotless. He also was able to add on the tile in the sun room (which was very dirty) last minute and it is like new! We were very happy with the quality of the job, professionalism of the team and will plan to use them again in the future.

The off white carpet was heavily soiled and now it looks beautiful!

Elvis and his partner did an excellent job on cleaning our first floor drapes. His quote was accurate and the job done was thorough and professional. He moved the furniture and laid down padded blankets on my hardwood floors for protection. He also cleaned away all the cob webs in the ceiling and vacuumed the whole room before putting the furniture back. I would highly recommend this company for any interior cleaning and will definitely use them again. They are honest, professional and very easy to work with.

I could not be happier with my experience with TECHNICLEAN and it's professionals. The experience was top notch from start to finish. I found the company originally through Angie's List reviews. I needed to have the carpeting on the first floor of my home steam cleaned. The carpet is a light beige color which shows a lot of traffic and wear despite my attempts at regular maintenance. I was looking for an eco-friendly company- as I have several pets- and I was also looking for a company who could move furniture as I am unable to do this myself. Other companies obviously offer this as a service, but it usually seemed to increase the price substantially. Not so with TECHNICLEAN. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Sam to discuss prices. Her quote was fast, accurate and there were no hidden charges. They even had availability the next day, although I chose to book for the following week. Sam then called the day before to confirm the appointment and say the men would arrive between 9:00-10:00. They arrived promptly just after 9:00 am. Originally, I had scheduled to have the four rooms cleaned but asked if they might have time to do the stairs as well. They were very eager to accomodate me and They got to work promptly after walking through the rooms with me. I found them to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful in explaining how the process would work. I showed them the trouble spots including an area in my office where I house a rabbit pen. Before they started the process, Elvis suggested that I may want to move the rabbit to another floor if possible since the truck outside on the drive would make a loud noise that could be aggravating to an animal- especially one with sensitive hearing. I thought this was a nice touch. I was upstairs and out of the way for the majority of the work which took about two hours total. When I came downstairs I felt like I was walking into my house for the first time after moving in three year ago! The carpeting looked beautiful! Elvis and his partner (I'm sorry his name escapes me now) were so thorough, professional and efficient. They moved the furniture as discussed and then put it all back with protective pieces of plastic and/or styrofoam underneath everything. The weather was nice so I had opened doors and windows but there was no need. The chemicals they use smelled really fresh and clean and were not overwhelming at all. They left us with several pairs of booties to cover our own feet, a bottle of spot cleaner (not needed) and a towel. The bill was about $325, exactly what had been quoted and discussed on the phone and prior to work being done. I am so pleased. I was dreading this whole process and had been putting it off thinking it would be a nightmare of hauling furniture, airing out smells, dealing with last minute upcharges, but TECHNICLEAN made it SO easy. I will not hesitate to call them again, nor will I put off cleaning my carpets for another three years after seeing the new life that a cleaning breathed into them. Aces all around. Well done, TECHNICLEAN! I will be recommending you to my family and friends. And if for no other reason, you should work with this company because the owner has an awesome name. Again they did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets that are around 15 years old. They are courteous and are extremely respectful of your home by covering the floors and also using protectors on the corners of your walls. They moved all of the furniture and returned to the same position and put blocks under the furniture to protect the carpets. There was absolutely no damage!

Excellent service and knowledge. Have even an extra service added (dryer vent) which wasnt done in 5yrs and thankful it was done...very stuffed with lint. The crew was professional from the time they walked in the door. The carpet I had cleaned which is white silk came out perfect. Elvis even picked up a new carpet pad for me so I didn't have to do any running around. He knows service and provides the very best service. I will be having them back out to do our windows. Excellent work - we are very pleased. We had just finished a remodeling project which left the hall carpet spotted and stained. In our living room we had just sold a baby grand piano which left deep "dents" in the carpet. The carpets had not been cleaned in several years and my vacuum cleaner had not been working efficiently, so there was some extra effort involved. Elvis and Jose did a wonderful job of pre-vacuuming and pre-conditioning before doing the actual cleaning. They called to confirm the appointment a day ahead of time and showed up exactly on time the day of the work. They even moved heavy furniture, which I had not expected them to do, so they could be sure to do the best job possible. They provided us with booties to wear until the carpet dried. Definitely would use them again!

Elvis and Segio arrived on time and were very professional and courteous! They went through the house with me and asked me what I would like moved and what shouldn't be moved. They measured and quoted. I got 10% off for mentioning that I had found them on Angie's list! Then they promptly started and were finished just a couple hours later. Before they finished I realized that I had forgotten to ask about the stairs down to the basement (we didn't need to get the basement carpet cleaned). When I approached Elvis about it, he had already thought about it and told me they would do the stairs for free since I was already quoted! The carpet is now beautiful! They even got paint and silly putty out of the carpet!! He also left me with a bottle of cleaner and booties to wear until the carpet dried. I will use Techniclean again and will keep them in mind for their other services as well!

GREAT!! Spoke with Elvis to make the appointment - he gave a fair price and a half hour window. Bob arrived promptly and did a great job. He explained the process and areas that may be a problem due to air filtration from the start. He was very careful, professional and worked hard to remove some stubborn stains. I appreciated that this company uses green products - the smell was minimal and not offensive. The carpet came out clean and dried beautifully - no stickiness as I've experienced with other companies. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Elvis and his two man team (Kevin and Sergio) arrived 10 minutes early to clean carpeting in our home. They cleaned the wall-to-wall carpeting in one family room, four bedrooms, one hallway, two sets of stairs and finished basement. They moved 98% of the furniture on the first and second floors. They did an outstanding job! They were courteous, efficient and Elvis made sure they knew exactly what I wanted done. He answered all my questions without hesitation. They cleaned up appropriately and left my house with very clean carpets. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Prompt, professional. Did a very good job. Took one wool rug to clean at their premises and returned on promised date.

This is actually the second time we've had them out. The first time was in August, 2011, when the came out to try to save a basement rec room carpet that was hit by a flood, and THEY DID. Speed was of the essence, and they came in a hurry; they talked with us about the liklihood of the carpet being pleasant again, and then we gave them the go-ahead to do their best. Their best was very good; the pad was a goner of course, but the carpet itself is fine. I was so impressed that I decided to forego my annual November ritual of renting a carpet cleaner from the supermarket, and instead had them out to tackle our 12-year-old, light-colored living room carpet. Our living room gets as lot of living, and that is clear from the condition of the carpet. Wow, they did better than I could ever do! They spent lots of time scrubbing and steam-cleaning. They were neat, professional and pleasant. They gave me a free bottle of spot cleaner (my second one -- I got one last time!) and extra plastic footies for walking on the wet carpet. Go with these guys; they are the best.

Superb. Our rug is nearly 20 years old, but of decent quality and we didn't want to replace it yet. It was very dirty, and had mildew on the backing because of poor service of a previous company's cleaning. Elvis & crew were willing to take it off site to clean it, which was my preference since we have an oak floor and I wanted to avoid too much moisture in the room. The rug looks marvelous for it's age, they did a great job on it! Our sectional sofa, also 20 years old, looks great, they did a good job on it as well. They were prompt, neat, careful and very courteous.Their prices were fair, and I'd highly recommend them.

Called them for a stain. Man came out and did stain and threw in heavy traffic area and stair carpet cleaning for his quoted price for the stain alone.

For the second time in about a month, Elvis came to the rescue after I had water soak a carpet in my basement. Elvis and his team were responsive, professional, and did quality work to clean my carpet, disinfect the area underneath the carpet, etc. I have his business card in a safe place and I will not hesitate to use Techniclean again for carpet or upholstery cleaning.
