From the time I talked with Sam in the office, who understood the urgency to get the rug cleaned, she called me back to tell me Elvis would pick it up the next day between 11 and noon, which he did - ALWAYS prompt! He gave us an estimate of when he would be able to bring it back (2 weeks or so) and Sam called me ONE week later to let me know it was done and to schedule delivery. Again, Elvis came with the clean rug exactly when he said he would. It looks great! This is at least the 4th or 5th time I've used Techniclean and they NEVER disappoint. I highly recommend them for their punctuality, professionalism and reasonable pricing!

They were great ...did a beautiful job and were highly professional. It was cold and raining outside and they were extremely careful to protect my new wood floors and walls. This outfit is head and shoulders above the rest. The job they did on a heavily soiled antique Kilim was nothing short of amazing. Today they did our wall to wall and Afghani area rugs and the price was very reasonable for a meticulously executed and thorough cleaning. It is a pleasure to have such professional and courteous people in my home and the free pet stain product was an added bonus. No other service comes close and I plan to let my friends and neighbors know about it.

Elvis and his crew are fantastic! From making the appt through the finish, everything is done professionally and promptly. After making my appt I received an e-mail confirmation reminding me. Techniclean said they would be at my house between 8:30 and 9:00 and at exactly 8:30 they were here! They are extremely respectful of your property and the workmanship is excellent. I particularly like the fact that window treatments are cleaned "in place" rather than having everything removed and living without window treatments. Elvis went over everything they were going to do BEFORE they started, just to be sure we were "in sync", told me approx how long it would take and finished as promised. I can't recommend them highly enough! This is, as I said, the second time I've used them and I will continue to use them in the future.

Elvis has cleaned carpet and upholstery a few times over the past 18 months - he has been great each time. We will definitely hire him again.

They were fabulous and I give them all A's. They were very professional, meticulous and clean. The machines were clean including the hoses and truck. Their mannerism is just really professional. Elvis was the guy's name who was standout excellent.

We got the carpet and the air ducts cleaned on the same day. Started around 9 am and the work was completed by around 2 pm. Very pleased with the outcome. A 13 year old berber carpet looks now brand new. Some stains that were not coming out with any off-the--shelf products we applied, came out completely. Great care was put moving furniture around. Regarding the air ducts, it was a very thorough job. We could hear the debris being suctioned using a giant vacuum out of the house. All the vent covers were thoroughly clean. Compressed air was forced into every duct opening and also via small holes drilled at various points. Very impressed with the thoroughness of the work. We felt very well serviced by Elvis and his crew before, during, and after work was completed.. We would definitely use Techniclean again when the need arises.

The 2 man Techniclean crew showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. Elvis measured the area to be cleaned, and made sure I was OK with the revised quote (I had underestimated the size of our basement) before beginning. I also asked him to add the couch to the list of furniture pieces to be cleaned, which was not part of my original request, and he was very accomodating. They completed the work in the time estimate I was given, and both the carpets and furnitiure look great. I will use them again in the future.

They did a fast, professional job, were friendly and efficient. I had meant to have the living room vacuumed and picked up when they arrived, but they got there early as it turned out, and they insisted on doing my picking up for me. They even cleaned a couple of throw rugs that I had down. This is the third time we've used these guys, and we will continue to do so.

I could not be happier with the services they provided. If you have pets this is the one to go with. I have two pugs which is anyones knows shed probably as bad as any dog out there. The house has never been cleaner or smelled better since I moved in. I will be using them again and hopefully have already sent some of my friends their way already!!!! Pick up the phone and call them... You WILL NOT REGRET IT!!!!

From the first phone call with Sam, they were very friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Elvis arrived to pick up the rug exactly on time, and then explained to us the process they would use to clean and disinfect our rug. It cost the exact amount they quoted us, they call us within a week to schedule delivery and were right on time to deliver the rug. They even gave us cleaning tips, a cleaner and cloth for the future.

Elvis & Jose were right on time, and began measuring all the areas I needed done, and didn't hesitate when I asked if I could add another room. He calculated the price and asked if it was ok and did I still want him to do the work. They proceeded to beautifully clean every carpeted room in my home (which measures app 4,500 sq ft), including the 3 rooms where the carpet is 15 years old. They worked quickly and efficiently, and left maintenance instructions and products for me to use. This is the cleanest I've ever had my carpets look anywhere I've ever lived. I was so happy with the job they did I had them give me an estimate for ductwork cleaning, and booked them for next month. I would highly recommend techniclean

This was the best service we have had from an outside service in a long log time! Elvis was professional, friendly, and responsive to all our questions. He advised us on how to spot clean our pet problems when they come up and left us with a couple bottles to take care of any problems since we will be moving out of state and are trying to keep the pet odor down and the carpets clean and fresh. The carpet looked amazing when he was through, we had no idea our carpet was that dirty, it is only a couple years old! I recommend this comany to anyone living in southeast Wisconsin or northeast Illinois. They were on time, charged what they said they would charge and were done in the timeframe provided. I promise you will not be disappointed!

I wouldn't bother with anyone else. These guys are best I've used. I can't say enough good things. They were always on time, professional, and very detail oriented. Elvis is the most thorough clean-up technician i've seen. He and his team went out of their way to make sure they kept the house free from any of the basement contamination. We'll use their services again without a second thought

WOW!! If here was an A++ score, I would give that to Techniclean. I have had these same rugs cleaned at other times by other cleaners, and I have never been so blown away impressed with the work and the technicians. These rugs had been abused way beyond normal use and they brought them back to like new condition. They repaired the fringe on an Aubusson rug, but also clipped and repaired loose threads on a braided rug that I had not even mentioned. The fringe on the little rugs went from black to white. The turn around time for the cleaning was less then I have ever had before (9 days). Elvis is a rare commodity - he is careful, attentive to details, willing to explain all that was done with the rugs and instruct me on how to keep them in good condition. I would say that the value I got for what I paid was out of this world. I am going to be getting these rugs cleaned much more often now, and ONLY by Techniclean.

I had a large oriental rug that had not been cleaned in over 10 years. I called Elvis at Techniclean to schedule a cleaning. They came out and picked up the rug and then delivered it after it was clean. Elvis was prompt and friendly. I was amazed with the results. The rug was absolutely spotless and the colors were brighter. It was also soft to the touch after having been cleaned. I did not realized how dirty the rug had gotten over the years. I am going to have Techniclean clean our wool stair runners and some of our other oriental rugs in our home. I would highly recommend them for rug cleaning. The did an outstanding job!

I scheduled our annual carpet cleaning with Techniclean in April. This was our 2nd time using them. They arrived on time, were very professional and courteous. Elvis is always very nice! They vacuumed, spot treated and then cleaned all of our carpet on the first floor. They got ALL of our stains out (we have two cats and one teenager)!! I'm always surprised because I try to clean them out myself and can't ever get them all the way out. We were very happy with their service again just like last year. I will use them again!
