I've used Technician three times for some very tough jobs and I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER with the experience. Today's job was to dig out the dirt and stains in my carpet and upholstery from seven months of major remodeling plus having my two young grandchildren and daughter-in-law under roof with us. Once again a fabulous job. I especially appreciate the detailed review they give upfront about my situation. I can't recommend them more highly.

Excellent. Scheduling easy. On time on day of service. Carpet became very clean. I'd had the carpet cleaned several years earlier when we moved into the house and it actually looked better this time after several more years of use. Highly recommended.

This is the third time that we have used Elvis. He was terrific as always. Very professional. Arrived on time, moved furniture for carpet cleaning and moved back. House was clean and back in order when they were done. Carpets, furniture and drapes looked like new when they were done. There were lots of stains on the carpet that they were able to remove. Ducts were done without any dust getting in the house. This is the first time that the ducts were ever cleaned. They were here for 2 days. On the second day I needed them to be done by 3 and they complied with that request. I highly recommend and will use again.

It went SUPERBLY WELL!! Called company and Sam answered phone ( a person answering the phone WOW). Discussed what could be done on red wine stain on wool carpet and Sam very professionally discussed price and what they can do for us. Sam was very patient and we made the appt for a couple of days even being very busy. Elvis showed on time and got to work right away. He was very, very courteous. This service co only wants for customer 100% SATISFACTION came back to check job and ended up doing living room and hallway. Sam never gave us an excuse on any question asked. This co is detailed ORIENTED. What surprised us that this co is dedicated to do a job the old fashion way. Will definitely call to do the rest of the house in the Spring. Sam and Elvis stay well we need people like you and keep up the great job

A crew of two people arrived about 10 minutes early for a 2:00 appointment. They were very friendly and professional. They discussed with us the work that we had contracted them to do before it started. They were very thorough, even finding an earring that my wife had lost about 3 weeks prior. All furniture was elevated off of the carpeting, stains were treated and the carpeting steam cleaned. They provided us with a bottle of pet stain remover and a bottle of spot remover along with several pairs of booties to wear until the carpeting was completely dry. We will definitely use them again

Sam and his colleague arrived on time. They were very efficient, and polite. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The work was done quickly and well. I would recommend his services without reservation, and won't hesitate to call him the next time .

PHENOMENAL!! We had a significant problem. My daughter-in-law is undergoing chemotherapy for Stage 4 breast cancer. Her mother visited and became quite ill so we had to evacuate my DIL (due to her weakened immune system) plus two children to our house in Long Grove. She could not return to her home until the carpets were absolutely spotless and germ-free. Sam took my call pleading for an appointment "right away." Her earliest option was five days later. BUT she had a cancellation the next day and called me immediately. Elvis arrived and found the carpets in horrible condition. The cat had been defecating under the beds; my DIL had suffered nausea and diarrhea during chemo, which left deep stains and odors; then you also had the impact of two small children spilling juice boxes and dirt tracked in. Honestly, things were a MESS! But Elvis hung in there and when he left after four hours of extraordinary work, the house was immaculatee. I am beyond grateful to Sam and Elvis for their responsiveness, compassion, and outstanding work. Compassionate Carpet Cleaners--that could be their new tagline! :)

I had Techniclean come out in April to steam clean my kitchen tile floors and they did a great job so I had them back today to do the carpets. Once again, I couldn't be happier. Elvis is very professional and really knows how to clean flooring. We had some real problem areas due to pets and heavy wear and tear, and he did a great job. He and Patrick are very respectful and I highly recommend them!

This is my 3rd time requesting Elvis's services. From the very beginning, from setting up the appointment speaking with Sam ( Samantha, Elvis wife) who is so friendly and accommodating to the end of Techniclean's excellent finished work ~ an A+ doesn't even come close to a rating to be given for Elvis and his employee's. He is very professional, personable and price reasonable. Our cat is old and she doesn't always make it to her box. Elvis, having animals himself, he said he knows that accidents happen. That was so reassuring to hear as he wasn't condescending but graciously understanding to my situation and love for my cat. All of my tough stains are a thing of the past!! He removed each and every one of them. My carpets look brand new!!! I can not recommend him enough!!! As long as I have carpet in my home I will be calling on his expertise and professional services. His employee's are also as friendly and excellent as he is!!! I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who wants an excellent job done ~ Elvis, is the man to call for it!!! Mr. Smalovic was very professional. He seemed to know a lot about stains and their removal. He left us with some products to spot clean.

The carpets look beautiful. One bedroom had makeup stains all over. Another bedroom had wax used with braces stuck in the carpet. All gone! Quick and efficient. The job took less than 2 hours to complete.

These guys do such a good job. This is our fourth time using them. Some of the carpets they did this time around have not been cleaned in (ahem) a very long time, and only by me with a rental steam-cleaner. Some very old, very dark stains could not be removed. But all of the carpets are clean now and they look bright and clean.

Elvis was prompt and courteous. He vacuumed first then pretreated the spots. He then applied the cleaning solution and efficiently and thoroughly got up all the dirt.He left us with a spot cleaner and towel. He also left us booties to put on our shoes so we wouldn't drag dirt in on the damp carpet. This company pays attention to the details. This is the second time we have had this company and have found them to be consistent in the quality of workmanship. I would recommend this company highly.

They did an outstanding job on the cleaning. Elvis and Pat arrived on time, immediately got to work and did a thorough job with my floors. They look almost as good as when they were new, I am very pleased with their work and the care they took while doing the job. I plan to bring them back soon to clean my carpets.

Excellent work! We had a stubborn stain in one area from Halloween makeup that Techniclean got out!

Techniclean arrived on time, if not early. They assisted with moving a few pieces of furniture and applied protectors underneath the furniture that wasn't moved. We added the cleaning of the Sofa and Scotchguard at the time they were there. Originally, a quote was provided over the phone and it was pretty close to accurate. The two guys that came were very attentive and pointed out a few stains that they couldn't remove, which we had never noticed. They also explained why, which was great. A spot actually came up from the pad after they left, and someone came out very quickly to take care of it. He also explained why the stain probably came up after they left and what he did to take care of it. Very knowledgable employees! The one thing to keep in mind is that the soap (or whatever it is) does have a slight odor. The smell didn't bother my husband at all but did bother me, but I am highly sensitive to scents. Great company.

I always call Techniclean when I need carpet/rug cleaning. Elvis is polite, professional and cares about the quality of the work. They are able to schedule quickly and are prompt. I've had them clean wall-to-wall carpet, area rugs and upholstery. He has cleaned both in-house and has taken a particular area rug to their location to clean. Elvis arrived right on time as scheduled. He removed the spots in the heavy traffic areas. He moved furniture to clean carpet in rest of room and put dining table on foam blocks until dry. The spots were gone and the carpet looked amazing. We previously tried spot removers, but they did not work. Elvis gave us a bottle of professional spot remover, and told us to use this for future spot removal. We will definetly use this contractor in the future, and highly recommend him.

Elvis was very thorough and as usual very professional. This is the 3rd time we've used Techniclean and every time, Elvis is the one who comes out. I really like that they send him every time because I'm familiar with him and he is very kind and nice to work with. He arrived exactly on time. Our house was pretty dirty because we have 2 cats that have been sick lately. Elvis not only cleaned and spot treated all those pet stains we could see but he also found some I didn't even know about under the couch! If it wasn't for him I don't know how we would have known about those. There were other stains I really didn't think would come out but sure enough, he was able to get them out! He also moved around a lot of our heavy furniture on his own and got under everything so the service was very thorough. Since he came, our house smells wonderful and clean. He left us with booties to walk around with while the carpet dried, a bottle of carpet cleaner AND a bottle of cleaner especially for pet stains and smells. I felt this was above and beyond what other companies would do for us. The carpets look brand new! We love Techniclean and won't use any one else for carpet cleaning. Sometimes having pets means you sacrifice having a clean home... but with Techniclean it's like taking everything back to brand new!

Elvis arrived an hour earlier than we expected, but we were ready for him. He worked efficiently and effectively, putting furniture up on protective blocks. He worked to remove a rust stain under a flower pot and got the stain out completely. He was extremely polite and pleasant, and he gave us instructions about walking on the carpet over the next 24 hours with booties. He gave us a bottle of stain remover and another for pet stains (we have an older dog who has accidents sometimes). He was just thorough and professional in his work and we have no complaints.

Elvis and his team arrived exactly as stated. They were excellent at identifying stains and using the proper product to completely remove any stains they found. We were so pleased at how much better the carpet looked when they finished. Elvis and his team were wonderful to work with. We will definitely call them again the next time our carpets need cleaning.
