From start to finish, Elvis' crew is excellent! He arrived on time to provide an estimate, explained in great detail what they would do. When the workmen came (along with Elvis, who supervised the entire process) they were polite, respectful of our property and pets and did an awesome job! They took my Tibetan rug back to their shop and a week later it came back looking like it was new! The follow-up was superb. I can't say enough about the professionalism they exhibit and the great job they do. I would not only use them again, I would recommend them to ANYONE looking for not only carpet but drapery and upholstery cleaning.

My experience was very positive. Elvis provided an estimate over the phone and the final cost was within the estimate. We were able to schedule the cleaning for the following week. Elvis and one worker arrived on time and were very professional. The carpets and drapes look great!!!! We had just gone through some construction so there was a lot of dust and traffic on the carpets. They now look brand new. The drapes also were dusty and had never been cleaned despite being hung a number of years ago. They also look fantastic. They also cleaned a few spots on other carpets at no extra cost. I found the overall cost very reasonable for the amount of work performed. I definitely would use them again.

This was a big job and I couldn't be happier with the results! Everything is clean beyond my best imagination and all done without any toxic chemicals or materials. But beyond the results, it is such an enjoyable experience having Elvis and his crew do the work. The attention to detail, the respect and care for the home, the willingness to go to the max to make sure that the job is done to perfect satisfaction, the willingness to explain any detail regarding the work - all made for a great experience. I am grateful that there are people that take pride and satisfaction in their work as Techniclean does. Really I can't say enough! I am sure you can find someone who will quote you a lower price, but I have no doubt that dollar for dollar you will get the best value with Techniclean. I've had "cleaning" done for less, but those that did it for less did about 10% of what Elvis and crew did. (And the same is true with the air duct cleaning which they did previously.) I almost wish I had more stuff to have cleaned just so I could give them more business. Many thanks!

They were fantastic. They alerted me to several paint stains on my rugs that were made by my contractors, and spent extra time, at no extra charge, to make sure that they removed them. They were punctual and polite, and I even received a handwritten thank you note from the owner. The rugs look great, and I would recommend them to anyone.

First contact on phone w/ Elvis was perfect, agreeable and informative. When they came to do the work, Elvis explained everything very well about the process, and freely was available to answer any and all questions. The quality of the work was way beyond any previous duct cleaning I have experienced and I am very satisfied that the ducts are as clean as possible. Professional, thorough and with an attitude that it is not just about the mechanics of duct cleaning, but also about an awareness of the quality of the air in the home, all carried out with respect for me and my environment. Totally worth it, and I was very at ease having Elvis and crew work in my home. Would not hesitate in the least to contact them in the future. Elvis came out a couple of weeks ago to give me an estimate. Although not the cheapest estimate I recieved, I really liked that they could do a deep cleaning by using vacuum equipment from their truck. Elvis and Sergio arrived right on time, and explained everything they were doing. They put down floor protectors for the hardwood areas and even had little corner protectors for the walls and door jambs. Did a great job, fast and professional. Would definitely use again. I called around to several other companies to get estimates. This was for a home I was moving into that had lots of animals and children in it, as well as 3 months of remodeling. Elvis was the most responsive, and gave a similar price to all others. Additionally he was able to do all the cleaning I needed ?one stop shopping". Some others were just duct cleaners, did not do floors and vice versa. Elvis called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and showed up on time, just as requested. Inspected what need to be done gave me an estimate of how long the job would take, and let me go about my day. Called within 30 minutes of finishing the job so I can meet back at the house, walked through and showed his work, and left some spot remover, and showed how to use it to maintain the now very clean carpet. The carpet was very dingy with lots of spots, and now looks great. The ducts are like new. And he was able to get all the paint drips off of the tiles. All smells of animal and remodeling were gone after the cleaning. The only minor issue I had was that because of the remodeling some of the vent covers were removed. I had them stacked, in the corner of a room; he only replaced the vent covers that he removed. I forgot to ask him to attach the ones I had removed. I guess it was my fault for not mentioning it. I would definitely use him again (and recommend him to my friends). But he did such a good job; I imagine that I won?t need to for quite a few years. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that asks.
