I'm pleased to be giving them an excellent review. The whole process from obtaining an initial quote to project completion went smoothly.

I would recommend them to others. They came out to have a clue about the job very early and they stayed late so that they could get it all done during the same day. They had to come back the next day and complete a few shingles as it began to thunder and there was lightening the previous day. There was one little spot which was leaking where the satellite company re-installed the dish and they came out right away to fix it even though it was not their problem. I would use them again in the future.

Overall it was a great experience. They were very responsive and able to fit me in within a week of when I accepted their quote. I originally had asked for a quote for a new roof but they advised me that a shingle-over would suffice. Their quote was very competitive and they stuck to the price. I had concerns over the adequacy of my previous venting installation and they provided me with info to explain the types and amount of venting required. New roof looks great. I did call them afterwards and ask for someone to come out and nail down a few of the new shingles that weren't as flat as I'd like. They were very accomodating to this request.

Dillman Bros. came out to do an estimate on our deck work but we never heard from them again. This is not very professional. They should have given us our estimate and if they were not interested in doing our work, they should have told us this, instead of leaving us hanging, We don"t know if they were too busy or what. I would never ask them for any estimate again.

This ended up only being an estimate. We did not chose them to do the work.

They did a good job. If I have to rate them excellent or good, I would do so. They were fine. They did quality work and cleaned up after themselves pretty well. I’ve been happy with the product and the work. I’ve had no complications with their work. I did get one bid that was lower than Dillman Brothers Contracting Inc, but I thought that they would do a better job. I chose them and they certainly were lower than many. I would use them again in the future if need be.

The roof on our 1976 1500 square foot ranch is failing and needs to be replaced even though the roof is only 11 years old. I called Dillman Brothers on a Thursday afternoon, was told the estimator would call me on Monday or Tuesday to arrange an appointment. It was a week from Monday before I heard from estimator. I tried to cut them some slack as we'd had two weeks of high winds and storms with many roofs damaged, but I also felt if their office person is going to give a definite date to expect a call back, then somebody should have called me if just to say I was on the list but they were running a little behind and it would be a few more days before estimator called. While waiting for the estimator to call there was an article in the News-Gazette newspaper that said Dillman Brothers' owner was cited for the third time in three years by OSHA for violating OSHA rules regarding safety training and safety protocols for their roofing workers. Made us very nervous; even though Dillman Brothers is insured, if a worker was injured on our job the possibility always exists to be drawn into a lawsuit. Also, we have no respect for those who willfully ignore worker safety rules and standards. When finally did hear from estimator was able to set appointment within 48 hours. Estimator arrived on time. Was not as professional in his presentation as other estimators who came to bid the job, but not bad.Kept repeating that all of their workers and subcontractors were trained by Dillman Brothers and had to meet Dillman Brothers standards to work for them. Received a bid two days later and was very surprised the price was so reasonable, but it was not very detailed in spelling out exactly what the bid entailed/covered. All kinds of phrases like "we suggest" and "we recommend." I would have preferred that be told to me at the time estimator was there and then the bid give a detailed description of exactly what I'd be hiring them to do. Estimator called me a week after sending bid to see if we were interested in having them do the work. Kind of irritated me that they couldn't call when promised to set appointment to view the prospective job, but had time to call me to see if I wanted to hire them. Did not go with them as we did not feel good about them due to the OSHA violations. But would probably call them again in future to get a bid after verifying they were now following safety protocols.

They did an excellent job. They were timely, professional, courteous and trustworthy. They answered all my questions and were easy to work with. I am very, very pleased with the end result of their work. Everything looks great and was done to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to hire them again for future work.

Their communication was good and so was their pricing. There was nothing else that stood out about them. Their customer service was good. Their quality of work was 90 percent and that?s what I expected for the price that they charged.

They are very reasonable and professional. I contacted them again this spring for another bid and they never got back to me. I was a little bit unhappy about that and contacted another company because I got tired of waiting on them.

Work was performed well and to my satisfaction. The job took a bit longer than anticipated, but that was due primarily to inclement weather interfering. Quite a bit of custom trimwork had to be done, due to the age of the house.

I would definitely consider them for hire just based on the way I was treated, even though my intended project would have been small, with little profit for them.

We didn?t go with them since their estimate was quite high. We didn?t have any problems with their service. They were really late in responding to us. We had called them and they didn?t come out for a couple of weeks to give us an estimate. So that wasn?t very professional. I wouldn?t use their services in the future.

Fast response, good product, easy to work with the sales person. We were very happy with the speed of the tear off and install. It was amazing actually. Our whole roof was completed in just over a day. The clean up was excellent.
