Great bunch of guys. Very easy to work with. Made appropriate suggestions and helped with my decisions.

I called on a Saturday for an estimate and had Jason show up in a hour to take a look at the work I needed. We discussed what I wanted done. I received an estimate in about 3 days time. It was to my satisfaction, so I scheduled the work. On the appointed day within 30 minutes of the time we agreed up, 3 men (Jason, Matt and Tommy) showed up to do the work. It was a difficult project because the space where the boiler could go was very limited. Each man took a different task. In about 8 hours the boiler was installed, but not ready to run since there was a bit more work to do, so they came back the next day to finish it off and test the system. Everything seemed to work as expected except the pressure in the boiler was too high. The solution was to add an expansion tank which cured the problem. After purging the system of air, things began to work just fine and the new boiler was doing its job. They cleaned up after themselves and left the area clean. I am very happy with the work performed, and would recommend them to anybody.

Town and Country showed up around 9:00 A.M. to auger out a plugged sewer drain in my rental unit. My tennant had no complaints. The work was done quickly and professionally.

After the flood in Marseilles we needed a new furnace, called town and country services for a free quote. They sent a man out who was cranking and Late and asked why did they send me you need a salesman and left after sitting on his phone for over a hour in my driveway days later a salesmen showed up and gave a crazy high quote and was rude needless to say we did not use them. After I informed them we will not be using them they started sending me a bill! (for a free quote!) I personally would never use them and never recommend town and country services!

The estimate for the job was high because the professional believed he would have to cut into, and remove some old plaster in order to replace the necessary pipes. Because my husband and I both had to work, we asked the professional if he was willing to come in the side door if we left it open, and work alone in our house. He agreed. (Living in a small town has some advantages.) I was pleasantly surprised to arrive home and find out that the wall did not have to be cut. That eliminated a lot of dirt and dust. I don't know how the man was able to work in the small exposed area, but not only did it save us a lot of cleaning, it also saved us a lot of money. The area where the work was done was clean. The tub drain no longer leaks and the sink drains well. I certainly will call this company again if I need any work done that they provide. ,

The job went well. We had a small leak around the sewer line and after I called them to report the leak they came back immediately and made the repair and everything works great now. I left a note for the guy working at the home and he called me to explain what he did. This was a very pleasant surprise and I really appreciated him taking the time to make sure I was clear on what he did.

After beginning to use a newly installed kitchen (Town & Country Services installed our heating/cooling system prior to that), we discovered our drain was slow. It eventually became completely plugged. One call to Town & Country in the morning and they came and "did their thing" in the afternoon. I was concerned because I saw the mess that was coming from the drain, but when they left, it was nice and clean. Problem solved, quick and easy!

said it was too wet. the sent out this young man who look and them try ed to frighten us in to getting more stuff done, which was counter maned by the owner when he came out to see us. So i did not like the scare tactics. Then it took them two months do the work. they kept pushing us back and further back and then would not return out calls. Then when we did call. they would give us a date and they would not show up. We had to call the owner and he cam out. then they invoice us for stuff they did not do. we had to correct that too. The work they did was fine, but customer service side is very unprofessional.

Our unit quit working on Monday and by 3pm this afternoon, we had worked out a great price with Town and Country Services to have another installed. I really like that company! Luke Weiden is very honest and easy to work with. We've done business twice now and he's just been great. I highly recommend them if you have heating/cooling needs.

This is an honest contractor and they are excellent to deal with. Received an estimate from another contractor for nearly $600 that said the copper pipe on the back of my A/C unit had to be replaced. Town & Country came out and told me that the pipe was not kinked enough to cause any issues with the cooling of my home. Then they straightened out the kink saving me $450 from the other contractors estimate. I would highly recommend using Town & Country Services.

It was a very quick and smooth transaction.

Called early Saturday morning after finding out that the shut off for my leaky toilet wasn't working. They had someone come out within a few hours to give me an estimate. I was given a estimate of $200-$225 to remove the old toilet install a new one I had onsite and to move the shut off for the toilet into the bathroom as it was located in the basement right below the bathroom. There was a miscommunication as they thought I was just trying to get bids and they were unsure if they would be able to squeeze me in same day. After a few phone calls they were able to move some guys around and get someone out same day. A few hours later two repairmen showed up and were able to knock it out in about 3 hours (they ran into some problems with the old pipes in the house). They cleaned up and hauled off the old toilet and a week or so later i got the bill in the mail. $225 spot on with the estimate despite the difficulties they experienced. And after the big deal i purchased ($99 for up to $200 in plumbing services) I ended up spending about $125. Will definitely use them in the future.

This company is very knowledgeable and did a good job of correcting our problem. I thought their prices were fair and they do good work. However, they did most of the work on a Tuesday, said they'd be back on Friday and was a no call/ no show. I called them Monday to find out why they never return on Friday and never got a clear answer. They did return and finish the job and everything works fine. Overall, I was happy with the work they did and would call them back if I had other problems.

They were wonderful. They were very attentive and prompt. They were nice. They showed up when they said they would be here. I had absolutely no problems at all.

I realized late that I should have called before I actually wanted the service. Leaky kitchen faucet needed to be replaced so I could show the house the next day. T & C was really responsive and cost effective.

My original furnace had failed shortly after the cold weather started. They promptly came to my residence and attempted to fix my current unit. They had replaced some parts and thought it was good. Unfortunatly that was not the case. The same issue still existed. (Furnace would not self-ignite). I called them the next day and promptly they returned. The repair man removed some covers and checked the operation to find it working fine, again. Just as it was when he left the day prior. I was present both times. After some working around it was discovered that the unit started exhibiting the failure only when the burn chamber window was reinstalled. While off, everything worked fine. This just happened to be the very last part reinstalled when the repairman had left the day prior. The repairman was at a loss for an explanation. Without the cover, all was fine. With the cover, would not self-ignite. A quick phone call from the repair man and one of the owners arrived within 5 minutes. He was also at a loss. He did not give in and called their furnace supplier and got the answer. Failed/clogged heat exchange unit. At that point I was told it could be fixed but it is a lot of labor and he issue could happen again. I inquired about a new furnace. They also made some more calls to their supplier (Carrier) and found out my furnace was involve in a class action lawsuit due to the exact issue I was having. As a result, Carrier would help me fix my unit or give me some money towards a new unit. They were also an approved vendor with the local gas company. As a result, I was able to get a a $300 credit from the Gas company as the new furnace was a high efficiency. The next day they came to my house for a one-on-one discussion of the quote. With all the credits they found for me, I saved over $1,000. I opted for a new furnace. Installation was performed the next week. Went very smooth with no issues. They would have installed my unit quicker, but they were able to hobble my current furnace to function fine for the weekend.

My experience was wonderful. I called at 4:30pm and was looking to get someone out the same day. I was told that all technicians only worked in the field until 3:30pm and that they could send someone out the same day but I would be charged an after hours rate. I had actually already schedule a next day appointment with a local company but was trying to get same day service so I neglected to make a next day appointment with Town and Country or an after hours appointment. The secretary put me on hold and found that one of the technicians was still in the field so she sent him out that afternoon at the regular rate. I felt that this company went above and beyond to make me happy and I felt like they appreciated my business. The technicians were prompt and professional and I had no issues with them. I will definitely use this company again for all my future heating & air services.

I am satisfied with their work. I would recommend them and use them again.

My one complaint is that they charge a service charge that they don't tell you about. I like to pay with cash and I need to know how much to have on hand to pay you. They charged us from the time they left the building until they were here and then the service charge. They make $90-$100 an hour. We weren't able to figure out the problem but they figured it out in a few minutes. I had no problem with the work but they need to tell people up front about the service charge. oOutside of that they were outstanding. They did come out the next day. I didn't give them an A because no one is perfect.

My husband called Town and Country Services about our clogged drain in the basement and they sent out two guys the same day. Once they arrived the clogged was cleared in less than an hour and the two guys cleaned up the area around the drain. My husband and I are pleased with the quick response and professional service. We would certainly recommend Town and Country Services!

Town & Country staff came and looked over our project and listened to our requests. A bid was submitted, along with some recommendations to improve air quality in our home (which we had them install) After some project changes, and verification that the bid wouldn't change much with these changes, we agreed to have them start the project. We agreed to a schedule, and the work was completed on time.

I had Town and County out for two separate repairs at separate times. The first was to have them install a Tank-less Water Heater which I purchased from a Hardware store. I am a recent first time home owner and tried to tackle the job myself only to shy away. I called several local Pluming contractors. They were either rude, unresponsive, or flat out insulting. I finally stumbled upon Town and County. I called them up, and without fussing I had my own equipment, they came that day to perform an estimate. When I received my estimate I thought about it a day then scheduled it. A few days later a three-man crew arrived and handled everything from running the new water lines, new gas lines, and new power outlet. They were quick an efficient leaving no traces of their work. Quote was dead on several months later, I had them out to repair my furnace. They kid came out and diagnosed the issue. That day he drive back to their location and grabbed the part he needed. Job was done, so we thought. The issue still continued as I found out shortly later. I was not upset, I was confident they would not hassle me. Sure enough they were back the next day trying to figure it out. The technician was stumped and called the lead man for help. 5 minutes later he arrived. Still stumped they called their supplier for assistance. Come to find out it was a rather involved repair for the problem discovered. They left with my furnace safely rigged up to run for the night. They next day they stopped by in person with two estimates. One for repair, and one for replacement. They fully explained both options and all Tax credits and Power Company credits. They were even able to get Carrier to offer me a rather decent sum of money towards a new furnace as the issue I had was a known serious occurrence. I opted for a new furnace as I am very interested in having an efficient house. Beginning of the next week, a two man crew showed up and 4 hours later I had a brand new furnace. Quote was dead on again which great workmanship

The electrician was very polite and did everything that was asked. He came on time and cleaned the work area after he was done. Now, I have got a good electrician to depend upon. The only thing I didn't appreciate was that I wasn't aware their was a $38.00 additional travel fee.

Even though my leaky hot water tank was not an emergency, they scheduled an appointment the next day to replace it. The technician arrived on time and with all the necessary tools. He replaced the hot water tank with an independent hot water heater and made all the necessary plumbing adjustments to make the switch. He also answered some questions I has regarding my boiler. He left his work area as neat as when he arrived, removing all traces of garbage, packaging, and extra material. I am highly satisfied and would recommend Town and Country Services!
