My wife and I contacted Don Felton using Home Advisor, Don was the only contractor who listened to us and understood what we needed to fix our drainage problem! Don and his crew put in a French drain in our yard, so that water can drain away from around our window wells and keep them from filling with water! After Don left you could hardly tell that they were here except for where we asked them to put the excess dirt in a low spot in our yard. His workers even removed the rocks from the dirt and racked it level! I highly recommend Sure Dry Waterproofing (Donald Felton) Very professional and a Great person to work with! Don also installed a new sump pump in our basement at a very reasonable price and gave us a 5 year warranty on it (the manufacturer only gives you 3 years)!

I hired Sure Dry because my basement was leaking. They were the third estimate I received. The first place I called couldn t even give me an estimate because the job was so large and would require tearing into the walls. The second business I called informed me that I was looking at a minimum $2,000. Thankfully, I called Sure Dry. He came out and after 20 minutes told me my issue could be fixed for around $15. I just needed to extend my downspout. I did that and my problem was solved! They are honest and reliable and I highly recommend!

I needed to find someone available as soon as possible for repair of my basement wall. Mr. Felton was able to begin the job almost immediately. He rearranged a previous appointment and was able to start the next day. The work was done with the barriers and very little dust. Had a secondary sump pump installed. The sump pump has a 3-year warranty but provides in writing a 5-year warranty on parts and labor. Tells me he stands behind his work AND he installed a good sump pump. I will hire him again if the occasion arrived. Arrive at the agreed upon time. Very professional and knowledgeable, you can tell he is very experienced. Answered my novice questions with respectful answers, providing me with the information I was seeking even if I did not ask the right question.

Don Felton and his crew did a great job installing 2 sumps and a drain system in our basement. They were professional, cleaned up the mess and did it for half the cost of the big name basement waterproofing companies. Don even power washed our deck as a "thank you" for doing business with him. That's practically unheard of these days!

They worked so hard having to dig the trenches by hand. I was so glad that Don could do the mold remediation too. My husband was down in the crawlspace afterwards and was very impressed with the job. Don Felton and his team arrived on time each day, were respectful of my home, laid down cloths to protect my carpeting, treated me with respect, did an excellent job of waterproofing my basement and cleaned up after themselves. Since I do not have email, this is a letter of commendation for Sure Dry Waterproofing. For 30 years we have had water periodically in our basement. Others have tried to repair to no avail. Last summer Donald Felton was working in my neighborhood and when I saw his truck, I stopped to inquire. He gave me his business card and said he did free estimates. I did not follow up. I had an inspection done by another professional that revealed black mold and a dangerous level of air quality in the crawlspace. I remembered having Mr Felton's business card so I called him. He came over and diagnosed the problem in the crawlspace. I signed a contract. I am so impressed with him because he has a vast knowledge of the system he uses and explained it in terms I could understand. I am a widow and I am cautious about allowing people in my home. I am also impressed with him because he has experienced men working for him and he works right along with them. I felt very safe and secure while they were here. He has a strict rules--no smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc. and everything was clean and orderly when they left. Sure Dry Waterproofing solved the problem. No water in crawlspace, or mold, or musty odor. The air quality in the basement is now zero, down from 75 in January. His work is exemplary, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. He is a charming and successful young businessman.

Don Felton and his crew put in a drainage and sump pump solution to basement leaking and seepage. They were professional in all aspects of the project from containment of the dust and dirt and cleaning up afterward. The house is 100+ years old and they found 2 concreted floors one on top of the other. This surprise did not pose an obstacle for Don and his team. We have since had rain that normally would have caused seepage into the basement but it has remained dry. The second part of the project will be done in the spring with the addition of window wells and dirt fill to improve the grade around the house. I have since recommended Don to 2 people, a friend and a relative, for similar problems.

This professional carefully studied the problems we had with drainage, some retaining walls and a berm in our front yard, then, he found solutions to resolve these issues. I talked to numerous waterproofing companies in the area (some of the bigger name ones with all the advertising, videos, and commercials) and I'm so glad I went with Sure Dry! Don (the owner) and his crew far surpassed my expectations: they did an excellent job and the price was half of what the others quoted for the exact same job. Half!! Don is very honest and nice to work with! He did me a huge favor (at no cost) and had his guys bust up and carry out an old concrete sink from my basement. My basement has never looked better! I wish I would have called him years ago!!

Don was the best. Besides doing a top quality job he went way beyond the requirement of the job. He found a way to save me having an electrician to hook up the pump. I also like that he found a way to have the water drain into my sewer line so I didn't need to have the water drained into my yard. At the end of each day he would take us around and explain what they did and what they would do the next day. I felt very confident with Don and would recommend him highly.
