Description of Work: My sunroom addition had bad shingles on one side of the roof, very curly. This due to defect in the shingles that were put on originally. They were 'biodegradable' shingles I was told. This addition is probably between 15 to 20 years old, but I have no way of knowing since it was there when we bought the house. | |ABC put a new roof over my sunroom addition. I had gotten other estimates from 2 or 3 roofers. They all wanted to redo my whole house, even though they admitted that the rest of the house was in good shape. They said you couldn't just do the sunroom roof. That did not make sense to me. ABC told me they could just do the bad side of the sunroom roof, but I chose to do all 3 sides of the sunroom roof since their prices were reasonable. Andi, was very professional and answered all my questions. No problem with communication. If I'm still in this house when the rest of the roof needs replacing, I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Called for a quote and they never responded

Description of Work: They installed a new roof, ridge cap and ridge vents, gutters and downspouts, and some soffit, replaced vinyl siding on two sides of my home, replaced two front windows. They were responsible for disposing of all debris and cleanup.

Description of Work: At this point the only service provided were a roof inspection. They came out to access the damage on my roof caused by hail. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the inspection, the information provided and the inspector contacted my insurance company right after the inspection. I intend to have the roof replacement done by ABC pending approval from my insurance company.

Description of Work: They came out twice to provide an estimate. The service was prompt and professional. The crew was courteous and compettent and did an excellent job. The Owner was out at least once a day. They cleaned up after each day and used magnets to go through the shrubs and lawn to pick up any nails or metal from the tear off and installation. They underestimated the quantity of shingles but didn't ask for more money than their estimate I did give more but entirely on my own.) I culdn't have asked for more. I recommend them highly.
