Husband called Angie's List after finding A-Advent Appliance Repairs in Naperville yellow pages. Angie's List confirmed that only good things were said about this company & had an A Listing. There also was a$10.00 coupon in the yellow pages which the company accepted. They did not charge for the time driving out to Naperville(he came from Streamwood} . Nor did he charge me for all the time when he didn't find the problem right away. He charged me for the part when it came in and only for the time to put the part on.I believe that this company is honest,professional & I would recommend him to my friends & also use him again myself. He calls when he is coming & asks if its still a good time for you. He arrives on time.

Excellant job, great price and above and beyond service. He knew exactly what to do and tested everything.

Our refrigerator went out mid-morning Saturday. My wife was panicked since we had a house full of out of town overnight guests for our son's wedding and the refrigerator was full of left over food from Friday nights dinner that she was sure would spoil before we could get the refrigerator repaired. I found A-Advent Appliance Service on Angie's list and called. Tony answered and I told him we needed someone to look at, and hopefully repair, our refrigerator today, as soon as possible. Tony said he would have someone out as soon as they were finished on the job they were at -- maybe and hour or two. I was very relieved; my wife was already sure we'd need to buy a new refrigerator, today. Tony himself arrived about about 1 hour later. He was very professional. He checked out the refrigerator and very quickly determined what the problem was and got the refrigerator working. He then spent a few more minutes to make sure that the rest of refrigerator was working properly. Quick, professional, responsive, and successful service all for only $50! (I had called SEARS 1st since it was a Kenmore refrigerator, at the direction of my wife. After Sears kept me on hold, their call center took all kinds of information before they told me they could not send anyone until Monday, earliest. We were leaving town Monday early morning.) Don't call Sears -- Call Tony at A-Advent Appliance Service! He's great.

I get the same person to do the repairs every time which is good. The person that comes is extremely honest. I have been keeping my refrigerator for a longer time that I would have because of him. I would rate them high overall.

He is prompt in returning calls and extremely polite. He always gives all of the options for repair and an explanation of what he is going to do. I have used him several times in the past and it is a delight to have him to do the work.

They did an excellent job in repairing our clothes dryer. We called them and they showed up the same day. They wore uniforms and were fast and clean. The dryer is still working well.

The owner actually came out himself. He came out on time and found out there was an improper seal. Since there was ice, he did have to get it off, but after he did so he put on the seal. I was quiet satisfied with the work. I was very happy with the results. I would recommend him to others and I would hire him again in the future.

A-Advent Appliance Service can fix anything. They came the same day that I called. They are so responsive and efficient. They are a high end company but you definitely get what you pay for. The serviceman was very polite and friendly. You can't go wrong with this company.

Tony with A-Advent was on-time, polite, professional and thorough. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what needed to be done. I feel they are very reasonably priced.

HE WAS VERY POLITE. I CALLED ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND HE WAS HE WITHIN AN HOUR AND A HALF. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, VERY POLITE AND HE EVEN FIXED MY REFRIGERATOR LIGHT AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WAS VERY PLEASED.

THEY PUT IN A NEW DISPOSAL, AND A NEW PUMP IN MY DISHWASHER. THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

HAVE WORKED WITH ME FOR YEARS. ALWAYS PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. THEY QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THAT MY COMPRESSOR WAS OUT, AND THAT I SHOULD REPLACE THE APPLIANCE, RATHER THAN TRYING TO REPAIR IT, WHICH WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN COST EFFECTIVE.

I HAVE USED TONY SEVERAL TIMES. HE IS ALWAYS RESPONSIVE, FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, GETS RIGHT TO THE PROBLEM, AND CARRIES REPLACEMENT PARTS IN HIS TRUCK, ELIMINATING A RETURN TRIP. HE ALSO HAS MADE SUGGESTIONS ON WHAT TO DO TO AVOID THE PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE, HOW TO MAINTAIN IT ON MY OWN OR TO ADVISE IF SOMETHING IS WORTH REPAIRING OR SHOULD BE REPLACED. I WOULD NOT CONSIDER CALLING ANYONE ELSE FOR MY APPLIANCE REPAIRS.
