Description of Work: Merts installed a new furnace and air conditioner. The guys who installed the equipment were excellent. The workmanship, and professionalism of the installers was outstanding. I am also pleased with the performance of the furnace and ac after having had one season to use the furnace and one season to use the ac. However, I am completely dissatisfied with the misrepresentation of what my monthly cost would be by the salesman. The financing terms were absolutely not explained with full disclosure and my monthly payment ended up being significantly more than initially indicated. The A in quality and punctuality is for the the workmanship of the installers and the quality of the equipment.

Salesman was very nice.
Description of Work: Gave me an estimate. Salesman was very nice and helpful. Found another company less expensive but i found someone somewhat cheaper.
