Description of Work: Back flow prevention stress test on irrigation system. They tested and filed the paperwork with the local authorities. The test takes 5 minutes and no parts, therefore I feel the price is a bit high, but they are the only local plumber certified to do the job. Mendel has a very good reputation in my neighborhood.
