Description of Work: Furnace went out late Saturday afternoon. They were at the house with in an hour to evaluate cause. Tried their best to get started but could not. Called first thing Monday morning to say part had been ordered and that parts and labor were covered under warrenty. (Purchase furnace from them about six years ago). Technician was very courteous.

Description of Work: Asked to come out and give estimate on sump pump problem - not able to come in timely manner. When did show up price was ridiculous Experience in past has been that this is the most expensive plumber in the area.
