One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Two guys came, one guy that came was a plumber that could run the plumbing. They still came from One Hour or they subcontracted it out, I don't know how it works. One furnace guy came and the other guy who came was the plumber.

We were never contacted by the company and if we were no messages were left to call or e-mail back.

It went very well. I got the price by about 3 different people, and they were all pretty much the same within $200-300 of each other. The service was good. They were on time, punctual. There were 3 men working on the crew and they did a great job.

Very well. Again, they recommended that work be done. I've used them twice now. The first time they were here they recommended work that was not necessary at the time. This time they recommended work that did seem necessary. They completed the chimney sweep. They also repaired work on the uppermost part of the chimney. They were great!

It went very well. They are prompt and professional and efficient. We have an annual contract with them for checkups on the furnace and AC unit.

That was a good job. It was a tune-up and he checked out the unit outside and inside the house and he said it was getting old but it was in very good shape. They were here when they said they would be here. The guy was polite.

They did not do any actual work on the unit.

Went very well.....he did the internal camera inspection and had me there to view it with him. He suggested a new filter but not for about 60 days. I bought one and it was ordered and being sent for later installation by me.

It went well. Don, from one hour, went through my ac system and informed me of any issues. Cleaned my AC unit. He very personable and informative. They called ahead and were on time within the timeframe they gave me.

Everything went well. I was contacted by phone that technician was on his way. He did a through job of checking and cleaning the inside and outside air conditioning unit. Cleaned up his mess before he left - looked like no one was here.

Technician showed up on time and was very thorough, taking his time to explain what he was checking. Would definitely hire again.

Prompt and courteous. They called right away to set up the appointment and they followed up to confirm. The Tech did a great job, took his time and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I really appreciate good service because so many people I have dealt with in the past act as if they don't want or need my business.

Service call went well. Technician arrived on time. Detailed check of heater parts related to AC function. Complete AC exam. Tech explained what he would do up front and kept me informed as to what he was doing. I was completely satisfied.

Our Cental air stopped working on of all days a Sunday. For me this is more than an inconvenience as I have a health issue that requires that I have air conditioning. I called at approx 2:00 p.m. not expecting anyone to answer on a Sunday. MaryJo answered the call and couldn't have been more pleasant. I explained the situation to her and she said that she would have a technician come out within the hour. We were shocked and even more pleasantly surprised when Jimmy D showed up within the hour. He was very pleasant and said that he would take care of everything. He had the air conditioning up and working in record time. We were even more shocked to find out that One Hour did not charge a premium for coming out on a Sunday. It's nice to see that customer service is alive and well at One Hour.

It went well. They arrived at the scheduled time. The service guy was professional and polite. He did the work, and even though the home is 4 stories and the air handler is in the basement and the condenser is on the roof, he did not complain. He completed the work timely and gave me recommendations for maintaining my system.

Dan K that did the work was exceptional. Very professional and explained everything he was doing and why.

He didn't do anything wrong. It's just that I didn't see the bonus. It seemed like he came there and he did the inspection. He talked us about sales packaging and stuff. They were like a generic group. They gave a sales pitch about putting me on a subscription and getting somebody out here every quarter to come and do things. It is kind of like going to a chiropractor. The guy seemed knowledgeable enough. He was a nice guy, it just wasn't what I was hoping it would be.

It went well. Dan from One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning arrived in a timely manner and was very friendly and professional. He answered any questions we had about the service.

Fredy the tech did a very comprehensive check of all the components, he was very courteous and arrived on time as promised.

I am very pleased with this company. From the initial point of contact, each individual I encountered went above and beyond. The professionalism and quality of work of Joe and his partner was outstanding. They took their time and showed pride in their work. Wonderful experience all the way around!

Arrived as scheduled and received a call that the technician was on his way. Very thorough inspection. The technician went over everything on the checklist and explained what condition everything was in. Found a weak component on the blower motor and replaced it, avoiding a failure in the near future. Explained why the component was a problem. Very professional and competent. Service was on an Angie's List special deal, and the replaced component added a little to the final cost. Definitely recommended.

Fantastic! Jose was very thorough, helpful, took time to show me the problems and potential issues that could arise from my furnace, and then showed me the post-cleaning results.

He came in and was just an overall nice guy. He took the time to show me about the furnace itself. There was one piece that did need to be replaced. He was upfront and honest about the costs, was not pushy at all and was truthful. I would very much use them again.

We purchased a Big Deal through Angie's List for a Furnace Tune Up. This provider came out and advised us that there were two issues with the furnace that needed to be repaired. The technician told me that that the part we needed would be $204.00 but he told me he could give it to us for $99.00 if you sign up for their annual service agreement. I checked the price of that part on Amazon and it was selling at $6.95. They did some work but I was not comfortable with the outcome of the service. I called another provider and they came out and advised us that our furnace was perfectly fine and that nothing needed to be fixed.
