I've been a Comfort Club member for over 20 years. Their service has always been outstanding, and today's furnace maintenance was everything I've come to expect. For what I consider a nominal monthly fee (16.95/month), I get routine AC and furnace cleanings every spring and fall.

Paul was very helpful. Talked us through options. Incredibly friendly.

He was very friendly and was prepared to enter by putting on the booties. He explained everything to me. He also told me what I should consider for future fixes that are eminent.

Everything went fine. The furnace was cleaned and a new pad for the humidifier was added.

Customer over 20 years - always excellent service. Highly recommended. Tech recommended replacement of one electrical component due to wear (he showed me the old component to demonstrate pitting of the contacts after 10 years of service) and one consumable element (condensate pan treatment), as well as optional lubrication and addition of a starter component to improve longevity of the compressor. Routine service call was free as it's included in the maintenance contract - the additional parts and service already mentioned resulted in the additional charges, though the cost was discounted due to maintenance plan and installation during routine service call.

This was a routine visit to inspect and maintain the air conditioning system for the coming cooling season. Darrius C. arrived at the beginning of the 4 hour window set up for the call and got right to work. He checked the filters, all the wiring, the cooling coils and the outside condenser, which he also cleaned thoroughly. He answered my questions knowledgeably and explained each step of his inspection. Darrius was very professional and friendly and I would be happy to have him back for any service work.

I have had a service contract with them for 17 years, service has always been professional and honest. We had ac coil replaced in 2019, they recommended the furnace to be replaced then due to the age and the cost of repair but we decided to kick it down the road. Furnace lasted another 2 years, but with the service check today the parts need to keep the furnace going was not justified, they will be replacing it next week.

We have been using One Hour Heating to maintain our furnace and A/C for years. Gerald was prompt, courteous and only did the work that was required to keep our system in good operating condition. He didn't try to sell us options that we didn't need.

It pays to shop around even if you are a repeat customer. Let me say that the people that work here are always courteous and professional but their business model keeps getting worse. I have had 2 HVAC systems replaced by them previously and called to get a quote to replace my dual zone system in my new home (2 furnaces and 1 AC as one of the units was replaced within 5 years). I would have expected that as a repeat customer they would offer my their best price right out of the gate but instead they mark everything up to substantially so they can offer "generous" discounts. Their first offer was $14,963. I let Mike know that my ex-wife had a system replaced by them (1 furnace and 1 AC) with the exact same specs (96% AFUE furnace, 16 SEER 3 TON AC) and they were charging me MORE than double what she paid and she also got an electronic air cleaner, wifi thermostat, and extra PVC piping. I asked how is it possible that I was paying more than double considering I was getting less equipment (remember I was only having 1 AC replaced and she had both a electronic air cleaner and a wifi thermostat installed). His response...."inflation". Inflation has been non-existent for 3 years, so then it morphed to "she just got a great deal". I asked him to figure out how to get me a great deal too. Also keep in mind to even get the $15K quote I had to join their maintenance club as well. The next day I get a new quote of $13K. Pretty frustrating that magically my system costs $2K less a day later. This is now what companies should do to loyal customers so I decided to get other quotes. Long story short Bartlett Heating and Air won my business. No markup games so they can "discount", no gimmicks to signup for additional services to get the best price, etc. Just their best price out of the gate and it was ONLY $11K ($4K less than the first quote from One Hour and still $2K less from their updated quote). The best part is they use Lennox equipment which is rated at the top of the good ratings (almost very good) by Consumer Reports and rated 9/10 in owner satisfaction by CR. The Amana equipment quoted by One Hour is rated at the bottom of the good category (almost poor) by CR and rated 5/10 for owner satisfaction.

Mike Herran ( tech) was professional. He explained me what he was doing and he did nice and clean job . He was through. Kudos to Mike Herran !!!

Performed general furnace clean and check. Good service, nothing notable.
