Description of Work: ONE HOUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING tuned up my furnace. After a few days, I noticed some problem during each start up. Furnace wasn't starting smoothly. Called them and they came quickly and did some adjustment. The same problem started again after a few days so called them 2nd time and they again came quickly and did some adjustment. The same thing repeated after a few days so called them 3rd time and they finally figured out that the problem is in the regulator so the gas company should fix it. I also agreed with them. They came 3 times after the tune up and did not charge anything extra. I really liked their service and response so I scheduled my AC service with them next month. All technicians who visited us were polite, experienced and spent some good time trying to detect the problem. I will keep using them ever year.

Also on initial contact they were very vague about pricing. They are high but quality with service. Tech was excellent. Explained every step. Still waiting on that call back with my furnace gas shut off, hope we don't have any cold nights!

Would not stop talking and leave the house even though I told him I had to go a half dozen time. Way too hard sell.work was fine for coupon price but would not recommend this provider.

Description of Work: We had a furnace inspection. They checked all aspects of our furnace and replaced a filter that was difficult for me to do. They also checked and replaced our humidifier filter. Overall I was very pleased and would use them again.

He also checked the water heater and said there was a problem with the chimney pipe and that he would have the piping group contact me. They never did. I emailed the tech and he never responded. Seemed that they were really pushing for signing up for their maintenance agreement plan.

My brother suggested checking Angie's List for a recommendation. When a deal for cleaning and inspecting came up we took it. Since then we have used One Hour Heating an Air Conditioning for other services. We know we can depend on them. It's a good feeling to know who to call on in an emergency.

Description of Work: This was a Big Deal that was purchased. The furnace and air conditioner were cleaned for a great price! Usually just a furnace cleaning costs $89.00. Both the furnace and air conditioner were cleaned for $99.00. You can't beat that price.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal from this company for: $49 for a gas furnace or an AC clean and or a check on a water heater. That turned out well. They did a furnace check for me and one technician came out. It took him about an hour. He did a good job. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give him a 9.
