Description of Work: We have had a contract with them for years to spray for insects. WE had a special rep named Joe McKean who was with us for a very long time and did a great job. We have a new person now who seems fine, but we do miss Joe. | |They come once a quarter.

Description of Work: We have quarterly service pest control. We have had a wonderful technician for a number of years named Joe. He is very professional and easy to work with. If we have a conflict in times, we can always work it out. He is and always has been accommodating and pleasant to have around. The service has always provided excellent results and if I have any kind of problem in between scheduled times, he readily comes back to fix it. I have several times commended him to his supervisor.
