Sutton's

Description of Work: I had my deck power washed and stained. The subcontractor they hired did an excellent job. He helped me pick out a stain color and answered all of my questions. They covered my windows and siding with plastic, were great at communicating and paid attention to details. The only issue I had was that I had to contact the salesman twice to get him to contact the subcontractor who then called me the same day to schedule my appointment.

Description of Work: Mounted stained glass panels in already existing windows.

Description of Work: Replaced home windows.

Description of Work: Remodel of sun porch. Window, flooring, drywall. Theyhave also installed a sunroof for us.

Description of Work: They fixed the walls and ceiling and painted the wood work. They repaired the garage ceiling where some water damage had been done when roofing was being done by another contractor. Repaired walls and ceiling in kitcher and bath and great room with a very tall ceiling. Thay also did some other minor repaire. All time goals wre met.

Description of Work: Drywall repaired, painting and repair.

Description of Work: They had to jack up the floor to put a new beam and repair a ceiling. Very slow in getting an estamint and slow to do the work. The beam cracked and they just painted it.

Description of Work: Suttons came out and looked at the cracks in our plaster to make sure there wasn't any structural damage. They were through, prompt, courteous. Always recommend Suttons

Description of Work: Went fine so far. Will see results when it rains! and if the gutter no longer leaks. We got new gutters this time last year (not from Sutton's) and the new gutter started leaking in three months and the company who installed refused to come out and fix it after months of complaint. I called all three that you list. One came out within 45 min. of calling and gave an estimate. Really liked them and would have hired them but their estimate was higher than Sutton's. The other one I called does not do gutters themselves but "farms" it out to another company. We did NOT want that because that is the problem we had last year. The company we hired "farmed" it out and then when we had a problem the company we hired would not do anything about it because they didn't do the work. Sutton's were very timely BUT the office did not let me know when they were coming for the estimate and did not let me know when they were coming to fix the problem. Had I not been here both times they would have had to come back. They need to call first to be sure someone is home. I gave them a "B" because of not letting me know they were coming out to both give an estimate and do the work. We were very surprised that their estimate was lower than the other we received. Yes, we would definitely call on them again.

Description of Work: I needed to have my roof inspected because it looked like I had some shingles missing. After hearing good reports about Suttons, I called for an appointment. The guy showed up earlier than what I expected (this is a good thing) and while I was expecting to hear the absolute worst news possible, I was greatly surprised to hear there was nothing wrong with my roof and it should last another 20 to 25 years. Naturally I was pleased with this report because I expected the worst since most repairmen try to take advantage of women lack of knowledge in areas like this. I had heard Sutton Siding/Roofing was not like that and was pleasantly surprised to find out it was true. Since they were honest with me, I wouldn't hesitate to call them for other repairs. Since they didn't do any work, just gave me their opinion/estimate, there was no charge. That was another pleasant surprise. Sutton has a very good reputation in this town and they have earned it.
