Description of Work: Replaced sump pump at my request. My old pump was nearly 9 years old and I recently learned that the normal life expectancy of a sump pump is 3-5 years. Garren explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and completed the work in a very professional, timely manner. I would not hesitate to use Steve Ray Plumbing again and would probably ask that Garren be dispatched to do the work.

Description of Work: I had a backed up sewer line, and it was a Friday night. I left a message and got a call back within a few minutes. The guy explained that for immediate service, the fee would be about double the normal price, but if I could wait until the morning (it was already 8:30 pm), the cost would be considerably less. Being a weekend, there was a slight upcharge, but it was very minimal. The guy showed up when he said he would and wasted no time getting to work. The problem was fixed very quickly, and he was very helpful in explaining the cause and what to expect in the future. I'd hire them again without hesitation.

Description of Work: I own 2 office buildings on the west side of Springfield and Steve has done all my plumbing there and at home for 15 years. He and his crew are always on time and very thorough with their work. When they're done they always take the time to clean up as well. Steve is the kind of professional that I don't have to babysit- the work will be done right, on time, and at a fair price.
