Description of Work: I did not intend to use their service as I belong to AHS home service. AHS had no one available to service air conditioner for 2 weeks. They gave me permission to use someone else. I went to angies list and saw MB had great reviews. Curtis from MB was able to come out the afternoon of the 12th and after several checks noticed that the fan bearings needed oil This is an old unit. The problem with the fan shutting down was lack of oil. I was impressed with MB's promptness and with Curtis's diagnosis of the problem. Additionally, using my Angies coupon for $15 brought the total cost to $60.

Description of Work: 2 guys came and did a good job in duct cleaning. They were professional in every way. Price was the only thing I was surprised with. 25 dollars per register. 250 dollars to set up and 250 dollars per dryer duct cleaning. They also discovered mold issues in my ducts and recommended UV light system installed in my HVAC and gave me a quote of 1700 dollars. After a thorough googling and price checking, this is also over-priced.

Description of Work: They replaced the central a/c unit outside and replaced the coil attached to the furnace. | |I do have to say they went above and beyond, the company went out and purchased a window unit and allowed me to use it free until they could get to my appointment. Those five days were very hot and humid and it would have been completely miserable without this temporary unit.
