My experience with MB was great! The previous owners of my house installed a flexible aluminum dryer vent that took more turns than a roller coaster track in the crawlspace. It was not venting at all and was completely blocked because it made FIVE 90 degree turns around ductwork in the crawlspace. I am pretty diligent about keeping the dryer clean, as well as the areas of the vent I can reach with the Shop Vac, but with all the turns the only solution was to replace/reroute the vent. My dryer is literally located in the middle of my home's floor plan, so I was worried that it would be difficult to re-route the vent, but the MB rep figured out how the dryer could be vented straight out of the crawlspace using a solid metal tube and avoiding all the ductwork. He drilled a new hole leading out of the crawlspace and instead of the cheap, plastic flap that normally covers dryer vents, he installed a very nice metal cover that lets the dryer vent but also keeps out animals. He also capped off the old vent from inside the crawl space. Now my dryer runs better than I ever imagined! It only takes 40 minutes to dry a load of towels where it took at least 4x that before MB took care of the vent. I also feel a lot safer knowing my dryer vent is no longer a fire hazard. This is such a neglected area of the home--I've told all my friends how important it is to keep up with dryer vent maintenance. I definitely thought the price was fair for all the work that was done, and everyone I interacted with at MB was patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend MB to anyone for a similar project. I was so pleased with their service that I am hoping to have them back in the spring to work on my bathroom exhaust fans.

We will call them Work crew showed up at the appointed time and stayed late both days to complete work. They replaced both heating and air conditioner units. Relocated air conditioner to different location outside of home. Workmanship was great and we are very pleased with results. James even stayed late in order to show my wife how to use new control unit. We will call them again if need ever comes about.

On 10/4, I called M B to come inspect my AC unit because it was not working properly. Since it was Friday, I told the woman that I could wait until Monday. I got a phone call on Monday from the company confirming that someone would be out that day to take a look. At 6 pm, after not hearing a word, I called back to see what was going on. The after hours answering service told me that it "Wasn't her fault" that they didn't come to my home that day. She was beyond rude. I never heard a word from anyone. Now it is 10 days later, and no one ever called or came to my home. Never again will M B be my go to for heating and cooling. Too bad because we will be purchasing a new air conditioner in the Spring. I called Mike WIlliams, and they came out the same day within about 2 hours of my phone call. There are plenty of heating and cooling companies to choose from, so they may want to improve on their customer service. Update: Joy from M B called to apologize for the situation that occurred. They also sent a very nice and helpful tech (Brian) to my home to inspect my furnace. He also apologize for the poor service that I received previously.

From the estimate to the job completion each individual was professional and polite. I would definitely choose this company in the future.

they did the job. they cleaned up. they got a check. professional work, but that is what they get paid for. I am happy with the work and will call them in the future if need be. The new owner (John Weiss) is a good guy and can be counted on.

punctual arrival, thorough inspection, identified a worn component, got my OK to replace it. I purchased a year contract so my furnace will be looked at as well.

It was great. They came out at almost 7pm on a Friday night, made the repair and Darren the technician was very nice! My kids were playing "spy" while he was making the repairs and he was good natured and friendly. Great experience.

My furnace blower motor quit working and I called MB Heating & Cooling to make repairs to my furnace. I called their answering service on Sunday morning and MB Heating & Cooling promptly returned the call Monday before 8am. They told me a technician would give me a call in a couple of hours to meet me at my home for the repair. The technician arrived when he said he would and had my furnace working in approximatley an hour. The charges were very reasonable and I will definately call MB Heating & Cooling again when needed. I would highly reccomend MB Heating & Cooling for HVAC repairs.

Mr. Mogle gave me an estimate and his was the best of 3. He did not try to make extra sales as others do. His company was punctual, courteous and hard working.

The crew showed up about 10 minutes early, conducted themselves ver professional, explained the process and performed the air duct cleaning within 2 hours. Very happy with this companys service.

I've called this company for other issues, they've always been very prompt and courteous. The technician determined the problem, which was condensation leaking from a bad A/C coil, and ordered the part. Another technician was able to return about 5 days later (the A/C still worked, so I wasn't in a hurry). The installation took about 3 hours, but all went well and it works fine now.

Best recollection on the date. One cold Winter Saturday afternoon we noticed that our furnace did not seem to be working. I checked the thermostat and realized that it was not. We ended up calling M&B based upon a quick web search, not knowing anyone else. I wish I could remember the gent's name as he was so great to deal with. Despite it being a Saturday, he came out promptly and without complaint. He quickly diagnosed the problem and we went out and found a replacement part (breaker). It was installed without incident and the problem solved. Being a weekend I expected to be charged heavily for overtime, but the charge was very reasonable in light of the time involved (about 2.5 hours from dispatch to site, to Lowes for parts, back to install, and then back to base). I was very impressed with them and would use them again in a similar situation.

The salesman (who was also the owner) was very knowledgeable. He advised me of several options in different price ranges that would work for me. He spent a lot of time answering my questions and was polite and professional. The installation guys were courteous and polite. The only issue I had was that when summer came and I turned on the central air, there was a wire that was connected incorrectly on the outside compressor unit that tripped the breaker, which was good, but meant that I couldn't use the air conditioner until they could send someone to repair the installation error. This is the only reason that I gave them a "B" on quality; otherwise the quality has been excellent.

The two people who came out were totally unprofessional. I believe they didn't use the right tools for the job that they were doing. They did not make straight lines to do the job. They also did not do a good job with making holes in the floor for the ductwork. It took them quite a while to do the job. They stopped the job in between because they had to do an emergency replacement at another place. They left half the house with heat and the other half upstairs with no heat. For the most part I don't think that the furnace that they installed was right for this house. It wasn't calculated right, and it did not heat the whole house. I am unhappy with their service. The two rooms upstairs get very little heat and become extremely chilly. The rest of the house is fine, though.

The price was ungodly. I have a pretty neutral feeling about them. They were on time and very professional, I just went with a better price for the project.

they did a good job in replacing my old heat pump system.

Our old central air was on it's death bed, making sounds that made us wonder if it would make it through the night. Pete's guys came out and determined the problem was soon to be fatal. Gave options that they could do including replacing the outdoor unit only or replacing the entire system. The price for the NEW Rheem system was very reasonable so we went with it. They came out on a Monday and the old was replaced and the new running by later that day, and that was with an unforseen problem of routing new lines. Since then the temps here have reached and sustained the mid 90's with heat indexes as high (so far) as 112 but indoors it's nice and cool. And the new system is more efficient so our rates are actually lower than they were with the old system during COOLER weather.

I had never had anyone out to clean out my furnace. I have an old furnace and he installed a new igniter and cleaned it. They offer a senior citizen discount. They gave me an estimate before doing the work and it was exactly what I paid. The technician was very professional.
