Description of Work: Great Service from Kyle. Ended up somewhere else because I had the bad luck to pick 3 tile patterns that would not be shipped in time for me to use them. Kyle spent a lot of time with me and I would definitely recommend this company and Kyle to my friends.

Description of Work: They helped us find a soap shelf that came close to matching the tile we were already using for our shower. | |The one annoying thing about them is that any services had to be performed by the person who was working with you last time. For instance, we bought a shelf they had in stock (the kind where you use your own tile), and then decided against it. Returning that shelf (with the receipt) required waiting for 'our person' to become available. That type of transaction should be able to be handled by anyone working there. | |Other than that minor fact, they are professional, helpful, and have a large selection of products available. I would be glad to use them again.

Description of Work: Select tile for kitchen backsplash, and all the details for installation

Description of Work: My husband & I were on the way to a big box home improvement store to look at tile for our kitchen backsplash. Drove by Arizona Tile and decided to take a look. Went inside & was immediately greeted by an employee that asked what we were looking for. We told the person that we were just looking for kitchen tiles, she gave us some info & said to make sure to let her know if she could answer any questions. We found several tiles we really liked so we went back to the greeter and she immediately found us a sales associate, Kiel. Kiel was very knowledgeable and offered to let us take home samples, asked us questions about our existing colors and materials used in our kitchen and pointed out several things we hadn't thought about. After checking out samples we found a beautiful tile in the "outlet" at a fabulous price. We then added that sample to take home. The sale tile turned out to be beautiful with our existing granite and we went right back to the store. We had shown our measurements to Kiel while we had been in the store, so we knew there was enough of our favorite. Kiel then showed us samples of grout colors and we made our purchases. It was then that we decided to see if Arizona Tile did the install. They did and we were given a cost estimate and an estimate to the length of time it would take to complete the job. We left telling the staff we would be back. After one week, we decided to go ahead with the project & use Arizona Tile as our installer.

Description of Work: In August 2010, I asked Arizona Tile to perform a measurement of my home. They performed this task quickly and set an appointment for us to view the estimate and sample products. While their estimate for five rooms and a staircase was $17000, the information was good. Brent was my representative and he performed slowly, but adequately. I ended up purchasing the ceramic tile from them and will install it myself. The hardwood, stairs, cable heating kit, and carpet estimates were much higher than those online after tax and shipping.
