Without a problem. Installers were punctual and respectful. Excellent. The salesman from Arizona tile was very helpful and followed up when installation was complete. Dependability and respect is very important to us. We are very pleased.

I liked the fact that when We went back two years later we could talk to the same salesperson we had before. The company they recommended for installation was great and Arizonia Tile guarantee the work.

First, we looked for backsplash for the kitchen at five other establishments prior to going to Arizona tile. Arizon Tile did the best job explaining the different type of tiles and showing us a variety of tiles. Once we picked out the tile we liked they gave us a sample to take home to ensure it was the right choice for our kitchen. The installation was excellent and very professionally performed.

Outstanding. Consultant quickly directed us to the type of flooring we had been looking for, and assisted very professionally. Installer was prompt efficient and courteous.

It went excellent. They showed up on time did a great job installing the carpeting and follow-up has been great. We would use them again.

Arizona Tile came on June 14th for my hardwood install and the 15th for my carpet install. The wood installer arrived at 10:00ish and took a lunch and checked on another job. When he got back to my place, he worked until 6 and said he’d come back on June 15th to finish. I’d paid for furniture removal in the wood install room and he forgot to put my bed back together. When he returned on June 15th, he sincerely and profusely apologized. The carpet install happened quickly, but the installer forgot to leave access to my crawl. He also left a pile of carpet debris in my driveway. The wood installers finished by late afternoon. Both installers were very friendly. The removal of my old carpet stirred up a great deal of dust despite my thorough vacuuming of the carpets prior to installation. While I now know that carpet that has been down for an extended period can stir up a great deal of dust, no one informed me of that prior to installation, therefore, I didn’t prepare appropriately for the dust storm that occurred in my home. Considering Arizona Tile is a premier flooring company in Springfield, I would have thought they would have informed me. I could have taped off my dresser doors, removed curtains and wall hangings from my bedroom, sealed my bathroom cabinets with plastic and tape, removed open tissue and makeup brushes, and wrapped and sealed my mattress and white upholstered headboard in plastic. There was so much dust (I have no idea how long the carpet had been down prior to me purchasing the home) I had sinus/allergy trouble. When the wood installer finished on June 15th he forgot to put some heavy totes back in my closet-again, I paid for these items to be moved. He also ripped a layer of my drywall when removing my baseboards and the carpet installer left a dent that exposed unpainted drywall on my freshly painted wall. I went to Arizona Tile on June 18thto inform them of these happenings. The sales clerk was very sympathetic, apologized that my sales agent and the owners were gone, and told me I’d get a call by Friday of that week. No one called me. I called on June 26th and the receptionist told me they decided to let my sales agent handle the situation when he returned the following Monday. She acted as if she had no information about me needing the carpet installer to cut out access to my crawl and wanted the details all over again. My phone was about to die, so I told her I’d call back to provide those details again. However, the situation was already upsetting me so I decided for the sake of my blood pressure and head, I would wait for my sales agent to call me upon his return from vacation on July 2nd. I did not receive a phone call back - finally, I called on July 6th. In the end, the carpet installer came out to provide me access to my crawl and my sales agent took 10% off my bill. At one point while we were talking, he seemed a bit aggravated with me, especially when I discussed not being educated by him about the amount of dirt that can be stirred up from carpet removal and questions I had about options for the crawl access. The carpet installer did come back out to cut out access to my crawl, and he apologized for forgetting. The hardwood floors and the carpet were installed well and look beautiful in my home. However, from my experience, I will not return to Arizona Tile. I felt like they didn’t really value me as a customer, and they need to improve their communication practices. I must admit, I wonder if they responded to me in this manner because in the scope of things I had a small order.

Arizona Tile did an awesome job. Dave Cappellin was our salesmen and was very knowledgeable, helpful and patience with us. Kenneth, the installer did an amazing job installing, took the time needed to properly install the tile due to the pattern. We were very very happy with the price, service and finished backsplash.

Awesome. I am very happy. Excellent quality of workmanship. People were fantastic to deal with. Dave was excellent at helping make choices, lining up the work, and communicating. Everyone's follow thru far exceeded typical experiences in today's world.

Amazingly well. I'm so happy with my choice. Any issues barely seemed like issues since they were handled so quickly.

Had a few glitches with both but Dave at Arizona Tile and the Modern Countertop staff made sure everything was right. They go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied! Great people!

I was impressed with the timeline in which the work was done. When Kyle ( salesperson ) said he would contact us the next day, he did. I had dealt with a different company for a bid and I never received a response, even after contacting them again. We decided that Arizona tile was so prompt that how could we go wrong. We were happy with the quality of work done. The only disappointment was the color of the new tile for the backsplash was a shade off of the old tile even though they were the same name and company. We decided to have it installed anyway. When talking with Kyle, he took some money off the bill and told us if within a month we still were bothered by it, call him and they could see what could be done. It was not Arizona tile's fault that the dye lots differ.

Everything went smoothly and on time!!

I recently finished a bonus room in my recently built home and contracted Arizona Tile to install the flooring. As a fanatical proponent of quality and aesthetics, I must give Sheryl, Kerry and Nick the absolute highest marks for a near perfect job! The material and craftsmanship of installation exceeded my expectations! The result is phenomenal! Beautiful! I can't thank Sheryl enough for the design help, advice and straightforward business transaction. Arizona is in the minority of providing World Class Customer Service and pushing beyond my critical customer requirements. I highly recommend Arizona Tile. One happy client here!

Very well. Dave C. was very helpful with the design suggestion when I changed my mind just prior to the final tile selection. We knew the 4" granite splash was coming off. He suggested a herring bone pattern which was a go from then on. During the home visit to measure he again offered options we had not considered. We opted to have the electrical outlets moved to under the cabinets and glad we did. Herring bone pattern looks fantastic.

Excellent. We had a hard time trying to come up with the right material on our own by going to the "big box" stores and it was all pretty much the same. With Arizona Tile, the variety and quality was outstanding with salespeople that understood the products and styles because they had done it themselves (the salesperson in our case). They provided the install service (making it MUCH easier) too. Prior to install, the salesperson visited out home to take dimensions and discuss a few more specifics of the work to be done. Install began a week or so later. The install was very professional with the installer having years of experience. Bottom line, the entire process was easy, professional and reasonably priced: We are very pleased with the work. Following the job, the company followed up with a call to check satisfaction, a thank you card from the owners and a small token of appreciation (cookies!). If your looking for an easy, affordable, one-stop place to go for Tiling (I think they do more), this is the place. I'm sure you'll be pleased.

Went very well, we are happy with our sales representative ,Dave and the men that did the install. Pleasant to work with very responsive to our wishes! No pressure ,allowed us all the time we needed to make our decisions.

Jennifer was super helpful in the showroom finding samples for us. Once we made our choice she connected us with Kiel. He was also great to work with. He scheduled a quick and convenient time to measure, he got back to us with a quote in a couple days and worked with us when we made changes to the plan. He scheduled the install and kept in communication with us. The installer, Kenneth was quick and clean and friendly. We love the end result and would definitely use Arizona Tile again.

Our salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out what would look the best with our cabinets and floor as well as being able to stay within a reasonably budget. The installation of the granite was very smooth and completed within the same day. We would definitely recommend them.

Accent tile was on backorder, but staff made every effort to keep us updated on arrival and installation scheduled promptly once all materials arrived. The installer was professional, precise and contientious.
