From start to finish, Arizona Tile was a pleasure to work with. They were in our office measuring the flooring within 24 hours of first contact and had our new floors laid is a very timely manner. They made themselves available during our non-working hours as to not disrupt our daily working schedule. The floors look amazing and I would recommend them for any home or office project!

We have used Arizona Tile for several projects at our home from floor and backsplash tile to hardwood flooring and carpet. Their selection of materials is second to none and their installation is professionally done. The staff is very knowledgeable. We will use them again.

I went to the store looking for ideas and prices on some remodeling that was going to be done on my house. I went to the showroom twice. Both times I was there for at least 20 minutes and nobody even had the time to greet me, say hello- I'll be with you in a few minutes or even any verbal or non verbal communication the entire time I was there. I am a retired doctor that practiced in Springfield for more than 25 years and this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. Don't waste your time.

Great! The showroom had everything I needed and could want. I took home some samples, made an appointment for Dave to come measure. He made a convenient to me appointment, was on time and very easy to work with. I called him with our choice and wanted it installed by 12/1 and that's exactly the day it was installed! The carpeting was exactly what I ordered and what I wanted. The installers were professional, punctual, courteous and did an excellent job and cleaned up the area. The small amount of leftover carpeting was in a neat roll. I was called prior to billing to make sure it was exactly the way I wanted it and it was. I paid the bill and have used Arizona Tile in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Great work & attention to details.

The entire project went extremely well. This required coordination with other contractors responsible for much of the bathroom remodeling project. It also included removing existing hardwood, carpeting and tile flooring which was replaced with hardwood, carpeting and tile but not necessarily in the layout as the original flooring -- i.e., where there had been carpeting there now is hardwood and tile. The primary individual with whom we worked at Arizona Tile handled everything almost flawlessly. The skill level of all the workmen was exceptional and the care and pride they took in addressing their responsibilities was outstanding. They also move all furniture out of rooms and replace once the jobs were completed which also was handled unbelievably well. This was a major undertaking which was approached with some apprehension and dread by the homeowner but the experience was nothing like anticipated. This company and the staff we worked with absolutely exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend highly enough working with Arizona Tile if you have any flooring or tiling needs whatsoever!

Our salesman was Dave Cappellin and he was very helpful. He was the only salesperson we spoke to of the several tile shops we visited who came to our house to measure and provide ideas. After that we met Dave at Arizona Tile and he was very helpful and patient and we looked at many, many samples. We finally settled on a 12x24 porcelain tile which now that's it's down, we're very happy with the decision to purchase. Chris was the installer and he did very good and professional job. One reason we chose Arizona is we wanted to use their installers just in case something happened and we knew they would back up the tile and the work. Dave was recommended by friends who were very pleased with their end result as well. One thing I appreciated Dave did was to call after the tile was laid to see if we had any issues. He said if we did have any issues later to be sure to contact him. We'll be doing a backsplash in the next month and we again seek Dave's assistance. Arizona has a great selection of tile, but I would price check other places to see if Arizona will meet or beat a better price. Tile isn't inexpensive, but they are in the ballpark compared to other shops in town.

Dave Cappellin worked with us to obtain the best flooring for our needs. The installers did an excellent job in a very professional work;man like manner. They were very meticulous in their work especially mitering the wood around the fireplace hearth. They were neat and cleaned up the worksite each night during the installation process. They cleaned the garage where they had to work due to rain. Overall we would give an A to the entire process from sale to installation.

They did it in a timely manner and cleaned up. It looked really nice after it was done.

There was only 1 other customer in the store when I came in and no one would greet me or even take the time to let me know that they would eventually help me. I was in the store for about 15 minutes before I left.... horrible service.

They were very good. I liked the display choices that they had and you could see what they had before I made the big purchase. They did the measurements for me and all of their measurements were right on. I did not have to take too much back. I would use them again in the future.
