Description of Work: Sidewalk was off grate and the water was angled to where it would seep into the building. The provider was able to lift the concrete to proper level and fix the problem for the member. They did beautiful work.

Description of Work: They were great! They poured new stairs for my garage, and replaced 4 pieces of concrete that were bad, repaired a front porch step and installed a new porch railing. Professional, punctual, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing concrete work. I love what they did!

Description of Work: This was work done for our townhome association. The first and costliest phase, concrete raising, was done well and done promptly, but there were some miscues as to which units would not be done. The second and least costly phase, caulking and patching, was poorly done initially, and took at least one additional attempt before the work was satisfactory. One unit owner waited a very long time for Ken-Rich to repair damage done to his drain tile during the first phase.

Description of Work: Raised up concrete patio slabs which had settled and were holding water and draining backward at the foundation of the house. They came out very quickly for the estimate as we needed the work done fast. They were able to fit the job in within a few days. The workers were efficient and friendly. They did a good job overall. I was a little concerned about the mess, but all was cleaned up very well. So far it seems to be working well and we do not have water pooling at the rear entry and the water is draining properly from the patio area.

I had other bids from other companies, and their bid was lower then all of them and included more services then the other companies. They did a the job very quickly. I have some maintenance work that is needed to be done, and they are coming back out to do the job with no charge.

Once that was rectified, three young men came to my home and in a professional manner removed all my planters of flowers and began the process of raising the sidewalk. It took two days to complete the work and, both days the employees replaced all the planters and cleaned the area up. I was impressed with the cleaning and replacing of my outdoor items on both occasions. The end results is fabulous. The sidewalks are completely even and look much better than I could even imagine. I would recommend having this company perform this task to anyone. It is cheaper than replacing all the cement and I'm satisfied with the quality of craftsmanship. M. Rossi
Description of Work: They raised the front walkway and the service walkway of my home which was leaning very badly. They pumped cement through holes within the exisiting cement and with a machine forced the cement under the walkways until everything was level again.

Description of Work: Mud jacking and leveling of front porch. Their initial try of drilling and filling wholes with mud didn't work but they came back and jacked up slab and filled with mud. The porch is 100% better and we couldn't be happier. Bill and his crews are very easy to work with.

+ 1 moreAfter having some sewer work done on our house, we noticed that one of our basement walls was severely bowed in. I called the village to have an inspector come out and give me some advice, and they recommended calling bill with Kenrich. I met with bill at my house and he agreed that we needed to remedy the situation we had. He was very pleasant to deal with and explained the system they would be using. They dug ten holes outside my house and from the inside, they drilled through the foundation and drove huge rods through the wall. In the holes that were in the yard, they put large metal braces that the rods attached to. Bracing was also put up connected to the rods on the inside basement wall. they tightened the nuts on the rod slowly, one by one, the plate system started to pull the wall back. Immediately the wall had gone back about 1 to 2 inches. What I like about his system is that we are guaranteed that our wall will no longer move in either direction. The system in place is permanent and gives us great piece of mind. The crew he had with him did such a nice job of cleaning up the yard and the basement, they even helped mop the floors. What they did in several hours was something we have gained so much ease from. thanks Kenrich

+ -1 moreTheir machine broke part of our tree, which was pretty disappointing. They said that was the only way they could do the service but we were kind of upset. They were apologetic and handled the situation fairly well but no one likes to see an old, large, tree go in the process of an already expensive job. He was a nice gentleman, and we were happy with the work.
