Description of Work: I am very pleased with the service I received for controlling my mosquito problems. No mosquitoes in my yard this year, finally, after having suffered the last years with mosquitoes taking over my yard and having been sprayed by other well known companies....also, I was very lucky that a wasp and bee problem was detected by them and taken care off, which could have turned into a major problem.....

Description of Work: He sprayed a little poison on the entrance to the site. Must not have had much punch to it because the yellow jacks just kept coming and going. Called another service and they cracked the board back and sprayed inside the window and got the bugs. I think Proactive doesn't try harder than a kindergartner class member to do algebra. Need more intelligent people.

Description of Work: They are spraying my yard for mosquitos and it has been worth the money. I seem to be prime beef to these bugs and without this service it's hard for me to be in the yard. I have several gatherings scheduled for this summer. I will definitely be getting this service again next year.

+ -1 moreI called Proactive out to inspect a commercial building in Schaumburg for mice. It turns out that the service technician found 3+ entry points that need to be repaired. The technician also put down bait stations to handle the current mouse issue. It has been 9 days now and the results have been fantastic. The amount of droppings I find has been cut down to almost nothing, where before I was seeing new droppings daily. They are coming back out again in a few days to check on the bait stations and to confirm our progress. The best part is that the additional checks and bait are no additional charge.

+ -1 moreProactive treats my home every 3 months in order to keep me pest free. They do everything from ants, spiders, yellow jackets, and mice. It's a older home, so we've had them all. Because of the age of the home, we get ants a couple of times every year. They will come back to spray in between my quarterly services when there is a problem, free of charge. I've had both Mike and Ryan to my home and they both do a fantastic job. They are very thorough, courteous, and professional. They are less expensive that my last company as well.
Description of Work: They sprayed for ants around rear sliding glass door and front walkway.
